Description
Enjoy your getaway in the sought after community of Echota in Boone. This inviting condo includes 2 bedrooms plus sleeper sofa to accommodate 6 total guests. Cozy up by the living room gas fireplace, or relax out on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee to start your day!
Bedroom Layout
- King Suite with deck access, ceiling fan and a TV. The King bedroom has an attached bathroom featuring stone counter and a glass walk-in shower.
- Twin Suite with two twin beds and ceiling fan. The twin bedroom has an attached bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. This bathroom offers a pedestal sink and tiled tub/shower.
- Sleeper sofa in the living room.
Guests of this home have access privileges to all the following Echota amenities:
- Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Pools (Please reference Echota map. One pool is restricted, and designated for Echota homeowners)

All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $70 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, please reach out to us so that we can manually override this fee.

Additional notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Stayed with us before? Repeat guests returning to Gateway to Grandfather can receive a 10% room rent discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Guests can enjoy easy to access roads leading to and from the home however, AWD or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Pets are not permitted in Echota Rentals.
