From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by soaring vaulted ceilings, a dramatic floor-to-ceiling custom gas fireplace, and a wall of windows that frames the surrounding mountain scenery. Comfortable seating invites everyone to settle in, whether you're catching up after a day of adventure, enjoying a movie by the fire, or simply soaking in the peaceful views beyond the glass.
The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the great room with the dining area and kitchen, making it easy to spend time together. A spacious dining table comfortably seats ten guests, while the oversized island provides additional seating for casual meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations. The beautifully appointed kitchen features elegant marble countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with the essentials needed to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to memorable holiday dinners.

The main level is home to the luxurious primary suite, where a warm wood accent wall and vaulted ceilings create a welcoming retreat after a day exploring the High Country. The private ensuite bathroom is designed for relaxation, offering heated floors, double granite vanities, a soaking tub, and a custom walk-in shower.

Step outside onto the main deck to experience one of Four Eaglets Lodge's favorite gathering places. Take in the long-range mountain view while relaxing beside the outdoor gas fireplace, watch your favorite game on the TV, or prepare dinner on the propane grill. Whether it's a crisp mountain morning with coffee or an evening spent under the stars, this outdoor living space is sure to become a favorite.

Upstairs, comfortable seats overlooking the great room below invite you to relax with a book, enjoy conversation, or simply admire the home's beautiful architecture. Two additional king bedroom suites are located on this level, each offering peaceful mountain or wooded views, private TVs, and private ensuite bathrooms featuring heated floors and granite countertops.

The lower level is dedicated to fun and entertainment. Gather around the lower gas fireplace for movie nights, challenge friends and family to foosball or air hockey, or relive arcade classics on the Mrs. Pac-Man/Galaga cabinet. A wall of glass doors fills the space with natural light and opens onto the lower deck, where the mountain views continue. A brand-new hot tub will be available beginning in mid-to-late July, providing the perfect place to unwind beneath the mountain sky after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring the surrounding area.

Also on the lower level are the home's final two bedroom suites: a spacious king suite and a bunk suite that's perfect for younger guests or additional family members. Like every bedroom in the home, each suite includes its own television and private ensuite bathroom with heated floors and granite countertops, ensuring every guest enjoys the same level of comfort and privacy.

Four Eaglets Lodge features five beautifully appointed bedroom suites in total, including four king suites and a bunk suite with two sets of custom-built twin over queen beds, making it ideal for multiple families, couples, or groups seeking both togetherness and personal space.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.


Additional Notes:
- This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 well trained and mature dogs with a pet rent of $25 per pet per night. 
- All TVs are SmartTvs and streaming only.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee and cash bar for food and drinks. 
- 4WD is required for winter months and chains may be necessary during times of snow or ice. 
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is a very popular and expanding community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests returning to Four Eaglets Lodge may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- Four Eaglets Lodge uses exterior cameras that point away from the home to ensure the security of the property.  Cameras do not face into the home and do not face the hot tub or other gathering areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
