Fawn Ridge at Eagles Nest

Come and enjoy Fawn Ridge, a beautiful new two-story home located at The Overlook section of the prestigious gated community, The Lodges at Eagles Nest. This home offers mountain views, loads of entertainment options at the house as well as access to one of a kind amenities, and custom finishes.

The fully equipped kitchen provides cooking essentials and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher and double door fridge & freezer with ice maker, plus the eat-in dining area at the live-edge table provides plenty of seating for your friends or family. Relax on the circular sectional in the great room to watch your favorite show on the cable TV, or grab a mug of tea and read a book by the fireplace. A half bath and laundry are provided  on the main floor for ease of access.

The master bedroom offers a King bed, separate access to the deck, and is located on the main floor off the living room. Its private bathroom has gorgeous double vanities in granite counters and an oversized tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs is a bedroom with a King bed, and the third bedroom is sure to be a hit with kids of all ages with its two sets of built-in twin bunk beds. There is a full bath upstairs with double vanities and a tiled tub/shower combo for both areas. All three bedrooms offer their own TVs with cable and both king beds feature Stearns & Foster mattresses for your comfort.

Outside is a private deck for you to enjoy. Cook up dinner on the gas grill, kick back by the covered outdoor fireplace and watch your favorite shows in cool mountain breezes, relax around the fire pit in the private back yard, and soak away your cares in the brand new hot tub under the stars.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)

Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-10% Discount-
Excluding Holidays.

Additional Notes:
- Fawn Ridge is not pet friendly, though service animals have been in the home. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- AWD/4WD and/or chains may be required during winter. Please come prepared. 
- All linens and towels provided for your stay. 
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities 
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The owner has a security camera on the front porch for safety. It points out towards the driveway. 
- Guests returning to Fawn Ridge may receive a discount of 5% to the rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. 
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. 
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
