Loved this cabin.. it had plenty of room and was super nice. Loves the hot tub also. Only had a couple of small issues that I called and left a message about (a couple clogged bathroom sink drains and a panel over the microwave was broken and falling off)
We will definitely stay at this cabin again!

This cabin is gorgeous. I wanted a peaceful vacation with my family and that is exactly what we received. The cabin is huge! The road to get to the cabin is steep like the other reviews show and is hard to find if using a GPS, so definitely use the map sent by blue ridge rentals. The cell phone service is very limited but the WiFi works well and is fast. A few recommendations/things I wish there was: 1) a keurig coffee maker (the coffee maker there is dated) 2) rocking chairs on the front porch of some sort to just be able to sit outside and enjoy nature 3) a desk for work space. There is plenty of space in the cabin for one, I had to work a little so kept using the dining table. 4) a bigger TV on the main level living room. The TV looks like 24 inches maybe? It was kinda funny we kept watching the tiny TV because we didn’t want to go downstairs.
Would definitely rent again.

The only hiccups were no plug in the bathtub. I really wanted to take a nice hot bath. We couldn’t get the gas fireplace to work. We tried to call but not much phone service. Besides that we would come back! Absolutely lovely!

Our stay at Falling Waters was exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. Great cabin! Very clean and that's most important. Great space for 6-8 people. Hot tub was hot and the ping pong table provided entertainment more than once during our stay. Very private and the area is beautiful. Getting to and from the cabin would be tough during the winter without 4 wheel drive.

We had an excellent stay! The photos do not quite capture how extremely spacious the lower level of the cabin is! The road leading up to the cabin is extremely steep - 4WD or AWD is necessary for inclement weather. Aside from that, I would highly recommend it!

The cabin is beautiful. Well furnished and very comfortable...my 7 year old daughter enjoyed the ping pong table! Blue Ridge Rentals was easy to work with. We will be renting from them again for sure and we'll come back to this cabin, too!

This place is great. The pics on the ad did not do it justice in my opinion. it has lots of space and great communal areas. lots of bathrooms as well which is nice for a group trip.
When they say you need AWD/4WD, they mean it. The driveway is fairly steep and icy.

This cabin was huge and had plenty of space for 6 adults. The hot tub was fabulous. Definitely need a four wheel drive if weather is rainy, snowy or icy because the location has steep, curvy roads. It was a wonderful cabin that I would highly recommend!

The photos don't do it justice! The interior is all white pine: walls, stairs, etc! It's a huge place with beautiful views. Standing anywhere outside you can hear the stream flowing down the mountain. We had a wonderful time!!

Such a nice place - photos don’t do it justice. The downstairs area is like it’s own Airbnb! Loved the hot tub on the chilly fall nights. Definitely follow the provided directions - Google Maps confused us and we drove right past the turn off.

This place is beautiful. There is a ping pong table in the basement as well! We even saw a bear! There is a nice little water fall on your way up to the cabin! Very quiet, beautiful views, and a very nice hot tub!

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our elopement weekend! It was big enough for all of our friends to have their own space and a bathroom for every couple. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking near blowing rock. The deck was the perfect size for an intimate dinner after our ceremony where everyone could spread out and stay safe. Communication was excellent and Blue Ridge responded quickly. We will definitely keep this cabin in mind for future anniversary trips!

We had a great stay a Falling Waters for a long Labor Day Weekend! The property was very clean and we did not have a need to contact the Property Manager with issues. We loved the hot tub and outdoor dining area, and really enjoyed the basement area with the ping pong table and large living space. The location was also perfect, as it was not a far drive to Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and Boone, which made for great day trips. We are already trying to plan our trip back!

This place is a very clean and overall nice place to stay. Very spacious! Pictures don't do justice just how big the downstairs really is. Lots of room for activities.

The cabin is very spacious with an upstairs and downstairs living area with both areas having comfortable furniture. It is very secluded and it was a great place to vacation and maintain social distancing. The kitchen is large but doesn’t have a lot of counter space. The only complaint is the kitchen is not very well stocked. The pots and pans were in bad shape and the largest pot didn’t even have handles. The knives were very dull. There is a loft area with a pull out sofa that had an air mattress. The pump didn’t work and we couldn’t use the bed. Thankfully, we didn’t really need it. We would rent this cabin again.

Perfect house for two families with three young kids. Kids took over the basement space and adult couples each had king size beds and bathrooms to ourselves. Clean, bright and plenty of space. Close to Blowing Rock, Hawks Nest and Sugar Mtn. Awesome stay - highly recommend!!

I’m not sure if the cleaning crew cleaned thoroughly enough before we arrived. There was dog poop in the loft in the floor when we arrived and the next morning we discovered a previous guest’s plate of bacon in the microwave. However, the response to our issues were met with quick and serious response. The cabin was beautiful and spacious and perfect for our trip! We had a great time.
I would just suggest that the cleaning crew do a better job really scrutinizing the cleaning before people arrived. We paid a cleaning fee as the people did before us and it’s unacceptable to be met with dog poop on the floor upon arrival and old food left in the microwave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our high country get away. This pet friendly, secluded cabin is very relaxing and quite roomy. The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable and seemed to be relatively new. The kitchen was well stocked but could use a larger fry pan. The hot tub on the back porch was an added bonus. If you are bringing a dog, be prepared to walk up or down some fairly steep hills. Our only suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels or robes. We would like to return some day and bring more family members along. I'm sure our grandchildren would like the hot tub and the ping pong table on the lower level.

Exactly as the listing states! Everything is super clean, plus the location is very private. The hot tub is new, and was a great size for 4, but could fit up to 6. The rooms are spacious, and the multi levels would make it very comfortable for larger groups. Proximity to Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, and hiking trails topped it all off. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home!!! Very spacious, clean, comfortable and updated!! Beautifully decorated and designed. 4 large full bathrooms!! This is a great place for a family. There is enough room to spread out and enjoy yourselves without being all together all the time. We loved the ping pong table it provided some great entertainment and family competition!! The TV downstairs is very big and my ROKU worked great for movies. The TV upstairs is small. The photos are a true representation of the house. It is a great place!!! Easy to find, close to Valle Crusis and Banner Elk.
