We had a great stay! The location was convenient and close to Boone, Blowing Rock and to Hawksnest where we were tubing. The view from the porch is amazing!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The view alone is worth it — absolutely breathtaking from morning to night. Enjoying coffee on the balcony while taking in the scenery was one of our favorite parts of the trip.
The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were cozy, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The place was all that I expected and more - amazing views, well appointed and maintained space. We're hoping to come back and stay again at this same spot soon!A couple notes for others looking to stay here: this unit is at the top of a mountain with BEAUTIFUL unobstructed views. But I imagine it might be a bit nerve-wracking to drive to with wintry roads (they're nice paved roads, but steep and curvy). Also, this community allows access to the indoor pool and lower outdoor pool, but the pool at the top is only available to owners.

This place is exceptional! We’ve stayed in many Echota homes and this one is at the top.Well equipped kitchen,beautifully decorated,stunning.We stayed out on the spacious balcony.Grilled steaks and watched the sunset.Just perfect! Hope to come back soon.

This is an especially nice community, and a very special home. It has plenty of room - and it is exactly as shown in the pictures... if you are use to high-end rentals - this is one of the better ones.. The lanai/deck overlooking the mountains is stunning... finally the bedrooms have plenty of room, the beds are high-quality, and the electronics is top shelf.. we will rent this home again in the future... a perfect family rental ..

Our unit was very clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. Each bedroom had its own private bath and nice shades to block out any light. The kitchen was very nicely done and provided all the things we needed. We loved the gas fireplace especially when the temperature dropped outside. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio with the grill and a fantastic view of Grandfather mountain! Wished we could have stayed many more days here..
