Guests can enjoy easy meal prep in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, kitchen island, and plenty of cookware and dining essentials. A dining area provides space to gather, while the living room offers a relaxed setting for movie nights or quiet mornings with coffee.

The main level includes a king suite with TV, double vanity sink, and ceiling fan, along with a queen suite that adds comfort and privacy for your stay. A sleeping loft with two twin beds provides additional space for extra guests as well as a dedicated loft full bathroom. With central heat and air conditioning, provided fresh linens and towels, washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi, this condo is designed for an easy, comfortable stay in every season.

NO PETS PLEASE!  This community does not allow guests to bring pets.  Thank you for not bringing animals to this home.  

Additional Notes:
- Max of two (2) cars are permitted at The Reserve
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- The roads leading to this home are paved but moderately steep in many places. AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly recommended in winter months, and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
