Description
Welcome to Copper Beech, a beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath mountain retreat perched high on Beech Mountain. With spectacular long-range views, three spacious living areas, three levels of decking, a private hot tub, sauna, steam shower, and plenty of room to gather, Copper Beech is designed for families and groups looking to experience the best of mountain living.
From the moment you step inside, the views take center stage. Soaring wood ceilings, exposed beams, and a dramatic wall of windows fill the main living area with natural light while framing layers of Blue Ridge Mountains stretching into the distance. Settle into the oversized sectional for a movie, gather around the striking fireplace on a cool mountain evening, or step outside and let the fresh mountain air become part of the experience.
The open kitchen and dining area make gathering just as enjoyable. The beautifully updated kitchen features sleek dark cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless appliances, a generous island, and two dishwashers—a feature you'll especially appreciate when the whole group is together. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before a day on the mountain or settling in for a family dinner, there is plenty of room to cook, serve, and gather.
Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area offers a wonderful place to share meals with the fireplace nearby and those incredible mountain views as your backdrop.
Three Living Spaces
One of Copper Beech's greatest features is simply how much room there is to spread out.
With three separate living spaces located throughout the home, multiple families and generations can vacation together without everyone having to do the same thing at the same time. Gather in the main living room around the fireplace, claim another space for a movie, or send the kids downstairs to hang out with the Pac-Man arcade game.
There is plenty of space to be together—and just as importantly, plenty of space to enjoy a little downtime on your own.
Three Levels of Outdoor Living
You'll definitely want to spend time outside at Copper Beech. Three levels of decking take full advantage of the home's mountaintop setting, with both covered and open spaces surrounded by trees and sweeping mountain scenery.
Start the morning with coffee overlooking the ridgelines, stretch out in the sunshine during the afternoon, relax in the hammock, or settle into an Adirondack chair and watch the light change across the mountains.
The main deck features a Blackstone griddle, making outdoor cooking part of the fun. Make pancakes in the morning, burgers after an afternoon of exploring, or an easy dinner while everyone relaxes outside and enjoys the view.
When it's time to unwind, head to the covered deck for a long soak in the private hot tub surrounded by the cool Beech Mountain air.
And the relaxation doesn't stop there. Copper Beech also features a private sauna and steam shower, creating an especially inviting place to come home to after a day of skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or exploring the High Country.

Copper Beech combines the character you want in a Beech Mountain getaway with a fresh, contemporary interior. Warm wood ceilings, exposed beams, and natural textures are balanced by clean white walls, dark cabinetry and fixtures, beautifully tiled bathrooms, and comfortable furnishings.
The thoughtful layout also makes Copper Beech particularly well suited for an extended stay. Multiple living spaces give everyone room to spread out, the dedicated desk provides a convenient spot for anyone who needs to check in with work, and the full-size washer and dryer make longer mountain vacations that much easier.
But ultimately, the view is the star of Copper Beech.
You'll see it through the towering great-room windows, while sharing a meal, from the bedrooms, and across the home's expansive decks. Depending on the season, those views might mean lush green mountains, brilliant fall color, snow-covered ridgelines, or clouds drifting through the valleys below.
Whether you're coming to Beech Mountain for skiing and snow days, cool summer temperatures, fall color, outdoor adventures, or simply a few days away with the people you love, Copper Beech gives you a beautiful place to experience it all.
Come for the mountains. Stay for the views, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, and room to spread out. And don't be surprised if your favorite part of the trip is doing absolutely nothing—just sitting on the deck at Copper Beech and taking it all in.
