Constellation Prize at Monteagle

We enjoyed our time and were pleased to find the accommodations exactly as described. While we agree with another review that the TV placement was unusually high (it is comical really), it didn’t affect our ability to watch or enjoyment and we really weren’t home to focus on that. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses and appliances— I was so thrilled to find a Keurig and basics for making coffee, which was a much appreciated amenity provided by the management company. The home is located very convenient to Downtown Banner Elk and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Constellation Prize this past weekend and we are already missing it! The location is perfect, close to Banner Elk but still feels like you have a bit of privacy. The drive to it is easy, which is always a plus in the mountains! The home was very clean when we arrived. The owners have put a lot of thought into every detail of the home - from the layout, to the decorations, and even down to the supplies. Every room has a view of the mountains. And speaking of views, BEAUTIFUL!! I could have sat on the porch all day long staring at the mountains and it still wouldn't have been enough. The sunrises are just incredible. I don't think I can say enough to explain how much we loved this home. I've stayed in a lot of rentals/airbnbs in the mountains and this is the only one I've ever wanted to stay at again. We are very thankful to BRMR for such an incredible stay

What a view! We could sit and look at the view from the back deck all day long. This is a great home for a family or group of friends. Lots of space and privacy for everyone. As mentioned in other reviews the TV is kind of ridiculous in the living room since it's so high up that you really can't watch it comfortably. I was a little disappointed that the furniture on the deck was not set out and that the exterior fireplace was not working. The only difficulty we had was that the water was not turned on when we arrived. It took some hunting around outside, poking around in the basement and finally discovering the valve with the property manager on the phone. All in all, we would stay here again. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes/utensils, etc, but outside of the provided salt/pepper and coffee/creamer packs, make sure to bring everything else you need. Also, was a little surprised that we needed to pack out all of our trash so keep that in mind too.

I stayed at Constellation Prize at Monteagle for a week in February. The stay was perfect. The house has amazing views that can be seen from every room in the house. The sunsets and sunrises were spectular. The house itself is great. The master bedroom is spacious with a beautiful master bath. The two upstairs bedrooms comfortably fit two people with a large shared bath. Everything you need to cook (equipment) was provided. The location is very close to town but because it is up the mountains, you really feel like you are on a getaway. We had a lovely time! I definitely would book again!

Wow is all I can say! From the moment we stepped foot onto this beautiful property , we were taken away! The views are breathtaking! You get that cabin feel with modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked and even has a crockpot for those cozy evenings in. The location is easy to get to and perfectly in between Beech Mtn and Sugar Mtn. The furnishings and design are cozy and clean. The communication is outstanding between our host as well. Will be coming back for sure!
