This is our second time staying at your beautiful property. We love it. It is very accommodating for a group very well stocked very well maintained lots to do. We plan on staying there again every year that we come skiing in blowing rock

You have a beautiful home and it's exactly what we needed, 2 parents and 6 college kids made this the perfect home for our annual ski trip. Views and relaxing here after skiing was awesome! It's apparent how well you take care of your home and guests better appreciate it! Will definitely be back. Thank you for making this a great quick vaca! Btw - There was a family question about the collar on the antelope w/ a tag "Yosef" - one guest was a past family pet, but no idea! Also, you have some nice art/painting!

We came for skiing and time with friends. The weather was wonderful! A Little icy, but not too cold. We explored Boone and Blowing Rock and skied at Sugar! Highlights were having 8 kiddos age 4 weeks to 5 years - a little chaotic, but fun times and matching pjs. :)

we came to see snow! We had perfect winter weather - cold with snow flurries. We had ski lessons at Appalachian Mountain, visited downtown Blowing Rock, ate out and enjoyed the snow fall! We'd recommend App Ski Mountain, Blowing Rock's boutiques and restaurants. Highlights were Tweetsie Railroad and skiing with the kids for the first time!

We came up for the App football game. It was 70, sunny Saturday and rainy Sunday. We went to the App/EW game... go Neers! Ate at Comeback Shack, drank coffee on the porch, relaxed! We'd recommend the view! Such a beautiful home. Would love to come back soon!

The weather was chilly! A cold front brought blustery weather - highs low 50s, lows - 35. We went to Tweetsie! Halloween and daytime, Mystery Hill and hiking. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk in, too! We'd recommend Tweetsie Halloween and we enjoyed spotting wild turkeys on walks and morning views!

The weather was PERFECT! Mid 60s to mid 70s. We attended a lovely wedding in Blowing Rock. Spent time in downtown Blowing Rock shopping and eating! We'd recommend the Gamekeeper for wild game. Highly recommend the mixed game grill starter. Bistro Roca - loved the roasted fig starter. We enjoyed spending time with family, sitting on the porch looking at the beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This was a family get together to celebrate Labor Day and our first granddaughter arriving in Nov 23. The weather was PERFECTION! Sunny, cool mornings; warm afternoons. We sat on the front porch in the mornings and the waterfall/fire table in the evenings, enjoyed the hot tub, s'mores, visited the Blowing Rock, shopped at Blowing Rock and Boone land TJ Maxx - the guys golfed and ATE great food. Recommend The Gamekeeper (loved this), Speckled Trout (Great drinks), Vidalia (BEST BRUNCH) Grandfather Vineyard (LOVED THIS). Favorite moments were being together as a family - 3 married children + mom + dad and sweet soon to be Nova Lynn! We absolutely love your beautiful home!!

We'd recommend The Gamekeeper (loved this), Speckeld Trout (great drinks), Vidalia (BEST BRUNCH), Grandfather Vineyard (loved this). We enjoyed being together as a family - 3 married children, mom and dad, and sweet soon to be Nova Lynn! We absolutely love your beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chipmunk View Lodge. The home is very nice, clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect, very close to activities, shopping and dining. We will definitely look to book this home again when we stay in the Boone/Blowing Rock area.

We came up for skiing and getting college kids together for a nice stay. We had temps int eh 20s and snow the first night. Perfect! Then 40s/30s!. We went skiing 3xs per day, cooked and cocktailed here every day/night. Home is awesome and well appointed - needed nothing! Highlights were enjoying views from the home, relaxing afters ski in hot tub, pool tourney and enjoying family!

We came up for skiing and getting college kids together for a nice stay. The was was in the 20's and snow first night. Perfect! Then 40s/30s. We went skiing 3x's per day - cooked and cocktails here every day and night. We only spent time on the ski slope - just not time and nothing else was really needed. Home is awesome and well appointed - needed nothing! We enjoyed views from the home, relaxing after ski in hot tub, pool tourney and enjoying family! You have a beautiful home and it's exactly what we needed. Two parents and six college kids made this the perfect home for our annual ski trip. Views and relaxing here after skiing was awesome! It's apparent how well you take care of your home, and guests better appreciate it! Will definitely be back. Thank you for making this a great quick vaca!

We spent time with family. We would love to stay tonight, but are on our way home. It's raining today. The weather was nice. Snow on the ground and driveway from the week before. We visited Grandfather Mtn, Blowing Rock, Ski App, shopped and ate a lot. We recommend Daniel Boone Inn, Mellow Mushroom, Penny Path and Come Back Shack.

Chipmunk Lodge is a beautiful home with gorgeous views as well as a peaceful backyard setting. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the mornings and in the evening while spending time next to the waterfall during the afternoons. Very close to Tweetsie and Blowing Rock -- super convenient location. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Chipmunk Lodge was nothing short of AMAZING! The home is perfectly nestled in an area that gives beautiful views, but plenty of privacy. All of the rooms, from the kitchen, each bedroom to the large game room and entertainment area on the lower level was cozy and warm. We plan to come back for many visits to come! Great place and a 5 minute drive to Tweetsie and Downtown Blowing Rock. Plenty of room and bedrooms. Pool table downstairs was a ton of fun.

We enjoyed a great escape - looking out at a beautiful creation - We are so thankful! The house was wonderful and well equipped. The children enjoyed horse back riding and ziplining. This could easily have been a very challenging summer because of Covid-19 and the related distancing precautions. Thanks to Chipmunk Lodge, it will be remembered as our family's favorite summer to date. We were as safe as could be secluded in the beautiful NC mountains. We ordered groceries curbside, didn't set foot in a restaurant, and didn't participate in the classic Blowing Rock family outings (Tweetsie, gem mining, etc.) and yet we truly could not have had a better time. We are immeasurably grateful for the safety, cool weather, fresh air, landscape view, open windows, and simple summer that we had here. Our kids are leaving with an increased appreciation for nature, a deeper spiritual connection to the outdoors, confidence in their abilities to hike/climb/boat/jump creeks and fully charged spirits. We loved having no agenda or the big city attractions and distractions that we are used to in Houston. Truly, it was an ideal two months here. The house itself was lovely. The beds were comfy, linens the best we've had in a rental, kitchen well stocked, etc. The kids loved watching the waterfall turn on, and enjoyed "picnic" lunches on the front porch. We hardly used the AC or the TVs. Which is the mark of a truly great vacation. It was a lovely summer escape. We feel so fortunate and thankful.

The house was absolutely perfect...,comfortable, large enough for 2 families, clean and breathtaking views! We experienced no issues but Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals was excellent at communicating all the info we needed prior to our arrival. We will be back!
