This is our second time staying at your beautiful property. We love it. It is very accommodating for a group very well stocked very well maintained lots to do. We plan on staying there again every year that we come skiing in blowing rock

You have a beautiful home and it's exactly what we needed, 2 parents and 6 college kids made this the perfect home for our annual ski trip. Views and relaxing here after skiing was awesome! It's apparent how well you take care of your home and guests better appreciate it! Will definitely be back. Thank you for making this a great quick vaca! Btw - There was a family question about the collar on the antelope w/ a tag "Yosef" - one guest was a past family pet, but no idea! Also, you have some nice art/painting!

We came for skiing and time with friends. The weather was wonderful! A Little icy, but not too cold. We explored Boone and Blowing Rock and skied at Sugar! Highlights were having 8 kiddos age 4 weeks to 5 years - a little chaotic, but fun times and matching pjs. :)

we came to see snow! We had perfect winter weather - cold with snow flurries. We had ski lessons at Appalachian Mountain, visited downtown Blowing Rock, ate out and enjoyed the snow fall! We'd recommend App Ski Mountain, Blowing Rock's boutiques and restaurants. Highlights were Tweetsie Railroad and skiing with the kids for the first time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chipmunk View Lodge. The home is very nice, clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect, very close to activities, shopping and dining. We will definitely look to book this home again when we stay in the Boone/Blowing Rock area.

We came up for skiing and getting college kids together for a nice stay. We had temps int eh 20s and snow the first night. Perfect! Then 40s/30s!. We went skiing 3xs per day, cooked and cocktailed here every day/night. Home is awesome and well appointed - needed nothing! Highlights were enjoying views from the home, relaxing afters ski in hot tub, pool tourney and enjoying family!

My adult siblings, dad, and I came up for the App State homecoming game. The location was perfect, as it was in between Boone and downtown Blowing Rock. The house had everything you would need, less a full sized coffee maker, which we bought at the local Walmart. The only negative was that there were no instructions we could find, as to how to start the gas fireplace. I put in a call to the property mgmt company, but never got a response. It would have been nice to have a fire during the brisk fall nights. Overall, we really enjoyed the home. Perfect amount of space for us to all be comfortable...

Our stay at Chipmunk Lodge was nothing short of AMAZING! The home is perfectly nestled in an area that gives beautiful views, but plenty of privacy. All of the rooms, from the kitchen, each bedroom to the large game room and entertainment area on the lower level was cozy and warm. We plan to come back for many visits to come! This could easily have been a very challenging summer because of Covid-19 and the related distancing precautions. Thanks to Chipmunk Lodge, it will be remembered as our family's favorite summer to date. We were as safe as could be secluded in the beautiful NC mountains. We ordered groceries curbside, didn't set foot in a restaurant, and didn't participate in the classic Blowing Rock family outings (Tweetsie, gem mining, etc.) and yet we truly could not have had a better time. We are immeasurably grateful for the safety, cool weather, fresh air, landscape view, open windows, and simple summer that we had here. Our kids are leaving with an increased appreciation for nature, a deeper spiritual connection to the outdoors, confidence in their abilities to hike/climb/boat/jump creeks and fully charged spirits. We loved having no agenda or the big city attractions and distractions that we are used to in Houston. Truly, it was an ideal two months here. The house itself was lovely. The beds were comfy, linens the best we've had in a rental, kitchen well stocked, etc. The kids loved watching the waterfall turn on, and enjoyed "picnic" lunches on the front porch. We hardly used the AC or the TVs. Which is the mark of a truly great vacation. It was a lovely summer escape. We feel so fortunate and thankful.

The house was absolutely perfect...,comfortable, large enough for 2 families, clean and breathtaking views! We experienced no issues but Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals was excellent at communicating all the info we needed prior to our arrival. We will be back!
