Wonderful weekend in a beautiful 2 floor condo. 4 friends in for a girls' weekend and lots of room to gather in front of the fire and roomy kitchen for cooking.Only suggestion is to update written check-out instructions. The trash has moved to a free-standing area down the street on the way out of the complex.

Was an awesome location and the accommodations were same at Chetola Berkshires 3. We utilized the rec center pool, walked some of the trails and attended a bonfire that included s'mores. Will definitely stay again but may opt for one more bedroom if an option. The location is in a prime location that offers ease for spending time in both Blowing Rock and Boone.

Our family loved our stay at the Berkshire 3. Everything was well taken care of and clean. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything needed for a large group. It had so many dishes we never ran out. I always love seeing frying pans that are not scratched, and clean appliances that work.

This home that we rented in Blowing Rock was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our party of 8. Both kids and adults enjoyed themselves. Beds and home were comfy. Downtown was very close. We loved that. The community pool and sauna were great. We really enjoyed our weekend visiting the area. We hope to visit again soon.

We hiked, swam, did water sports on the lake, sat by the fire pit, walked to the Blowing Rock Park before the rain. During the rain, we played pickle ball, hiked in and around Blowing Rock, did geocaching, and played board games. Lots of wonderful family time.

We always love our time at chetola! The location can’t be beat for access to App ski mountain and blowing rock restaurants and shopping. Our stay was clean and comfortable with a new kitchen and everything we needed! We will be back!

We've been to the Chetola property 4-5 times now as we love it's amenities and proximity to Blowing Rock and this has been our favorite unit. It was huge and comfortably fit my husband, myself, our 8 and 10 year old kids and my mother in law. She had a whole basement level to herself and the kids really enjoyed the game room in the basement. The unit was clean and well equipped and everything was clearly labeled which helps tremendously!! We are already planning a return trip!

We were pleasantly surprised to realize this property was the exact same one we rented 4 years ago. The split level plan was ideal. It is very spacious, huge dining room table, and plenty of bathrooms. Chetola is a beautiful place. We found the path leading to Bass Lake which is a must see.

Our family spent the weekend at Berkshires at Chetola. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals made the experience easy - from booking to checkout. The unit was extremely clean and well-appointed. The location was secluded but just a short walk to Chetola Lake. We were joined by our daughters and sons-in-law and our two infant granddaughters. The unit layout was perfect for gathering together but also had space for each of us to individually enjoy a little quiet time. Will definitely return again and will always choose Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals.

The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed…a great layout for our three families to gather together. Often times vacation kitchens are not well equipped but this was not the case with Berkshires. Please let the owners know that we appreciated the clean and updated indoor and outdoor furnishings.

The Berkshires at Chetola was a very well maintained unit. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked with cookware and silverware. Staff at Chetola was especially helpful on out first day. We locked ourselves out of the condo and someone was there within minutes to let us back inside. Overall a great getaway!

Easy to rent and prepare to leave.
I do have a message for the owner, however. The washer didn’t seem to run it cycles, as listed.

We stayed at the Berkshires (3) for a girl's weekend and couldn't have been happier about the home and location. It was easy to get to Main Street for shopping and dining. We also enjoyed the convenience of restaurants on the resort.

i’m very pleased to stay at the Berkshire#3 at Chetola. My stay there was relaxing and enjoyable. The house is very cozy. The kitchen is provided with lots of utensils. I will definitely to stay at the Berkshire again.
However, the kitchen appliances are old that need a replacement like dishwasher and the range. If those can get a new replacement, it would be awesome.

From our condo, which was uncluttered and well equipped in the kitchen, to walking into Cone Park at Bass Lake for hikes or sitting, to the convenient meals at the lodge, we had a great stay. The Village Cafe is our favorite brunch/lunch place, and the Joy Bistro (Boone) or Twigs are our favorite dinner places.
We did have an obnoxious party in the unit above one night and had to call Security. It was 3 am before the end came. I wish I had shut it down sooner - Watauga county has a quiet time ordinance.
We had fun kayaking on the New River and going to ride the Virginia Creeper bike trail near Damascus, VA. We always get those activities into our trip.
Don't tell anyone about the Boone/Blowing Rock area!

Wehave used Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals in the past and would use them again. The condo was clean and ready upon our arrival. The kitchen was nicely stocked...I would just add a crock pot. This home is very spacious, love the fact that there are two living areas. Great area downstairs that allowed us to have adult time and the teenagers to have their time. We will definitely be back.

We felt right at home the moment we walked in! Warm and welcoming. We did not expect snow in April, but sitting by the fire with friends we could not even complain about the weather! A few issues with wifi but everything else about this place was PERFECT! We'd rent it again in a heartbeat!

Plus there's a third bedroom and bath and several sleeper sofas -- lots of room for a big family or 3 couples. By using the trail behind the condo, walking to the Inn and recreational area was easy. Plus, we also walked into town. The access to the trails from the resort was great and we did it daily. We hope to visit again.
