We hiked, swam, did water sports on the lake, sat by the fire pit, walked to the Blowing Rock Park before the rain. During the rain, we played pickle ball, hiked in and around Blowing Rock, did geocaching, and played board games. Lots of wonderful family time.

There was so much space in this condo! We used all 3 bedrooms and felt so comfortable with the space provided in each room. The location is great. Chetola does a great job taking care of their ground! Will definitely recommend this condo and Chetola in general!

We've been to the Chetola property 4-5 times now as we love it's amenities and proximity to Blowing Rock and this has been our favorite unit. It was huge and comfortably fit my husband, myself, our 8 and 10 year old kids and my mother in law. She had a whole basement level to herself and the kids really enjoyed the game room in the basement. The unit was clean and well equipped and everything was clearly labeled which helps tremendously!! We are already planning a return trip!

Our trip to Blowing Rock, NC was wonderful! We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom condo located close to downtown at the Chetola Resort. Our condo was an end unit which was beautifully furnished and very spacious. We had access to all the resort amenities and will definitely stay there again!

Rental was perfect for our two families with more than enough space and activities. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a nice meal. Games and foosball table were added bonus on cold nights and the balcony had a peaceful view of the woods. Will definitely be back again!

We were pleasantly surprised to realize this property was the exact same one we rented 4 years ago. The split level plan was ideal. It is very spacious, huge dining room table, and plenty of bathrooms. Chetola is a beautiful place. We found the path leading to Bass Lake which is a must see.

Our family spent the weekend at Berkshires at Chetola. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals made the experience easy - from booking to checkout. The unit was extremely clean and well-appointed. The location was secluded but just a short walk to Chetola Lake. We were joined by our daughters and sons-in-law and our two infant granddaughters. The unit layout was perfect for gathering together but also had space for each of us to individually enjoy a little quiet time. Will definitely return again and will always choose Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals.

A note to say thank you for assisting with our stay at Berkshires in Chetola. Our family had a wonderful time. My husband and I treated our two daughters and their husbands and their 3 mo old daughters to a little weekend family getaway. The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed…a great layout for our three families to gather together. Often times vacation kitchens are not well equipped but this was not the case with Berkshires. Please let the owners know that we appreciated the clean and updated indoor and outdoor furnishings. We will definitely book again

The Berkshires at Chetola was a very well maintained unit. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked with cookware and silverware. Staff at Chetola was especially helpful on out first day. We locked ourselves out of the condo and someone was there within minutes to let us back inside. Overall a great getaway!

Rented the condo for a girls weekend. It was just right for 10 people. Loved watching movies and playing games in the Den in front of the fireplace. The large table in the kitchen was perfect for 10 of us to sit around and enjoy food and fellowship together.

Wehave used Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals in the past and would use them again. The condo was clean and ready upon our arrival. The kitchen was nicely stocked...I would just add a crock pot. This home is very spacious, love the fact that there are two living areas. Great area downstairs that allowed us to have adult time and the teenagers to have their time. We will definitely be back.

This was our sixth stay in the Chetola condos and our first stay at Berkshires. The condo kitchen has nice appliances and counters and the a quiet street with beautiful trees in the back of the unit - very quiet! The condo is very large and could easily sleep 8-10 people in the four bedrooms and family room downstairs. The unit was very clean and the master bed very comfortable. We stayed over a week and had no problems. Bring your soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels since only a bare minimum are provided.

We've stayed here in the past and all was just as great as before. Easy check in and check out with Blue Ridge Rentals. The unit was nicely decorated and being at Chetola and use of the amenities and the property is always such a big plus. Our party of 8 had a great time.

Love, love, love this area and the condo. Our third visit to Blowing Rock, and 2nd time renting Berkshires 3. It's a comfortable corner condo, with lovely views from the deck. Very well equipped and the layout is perfect. On this trip we were two couples (in our 60s and early 70s) and we each had our own master suite and lots of privacy. Plus there's a third bedroom and bath and several sleeper sofas -- lots of room for a big family or 3 couples. By using the trail behind the condo, walking to the Inn and recreational area was easy. Plus, we also walked into town. The access to the trails from the resort was great and we did it daily. We hope to visit again.
