Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Three king suites provide a restful retreat, including a main-level primary suite with deck access, while the lower-level bunkroom with four twin beds is ideal for kids or extra guests. Guests frequently mention the comfortable layout and thoughtful details, highlighting how easy it is to spread out and unwind.

Inside, the inviting living area centers around a gas log fireplace and smart TV, creating the perfect gathering spot after a day on the mountain. Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 
 
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes and Rules:
•    Firewood for the firepit may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You'll receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
•    All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
•    This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
•    Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
•    Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
•    All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to an amenity fee. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation. 
•    Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts. 
•    The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a summer series of concerts open to all guests, with an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. 
•    Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods including the Vineyard Reserve. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
•    Check in is after 4pm
•    Checkout by 10am
•    Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. 
•    No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
•    Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
•    No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
•    4WD/AWD and/or chains required in times of snow or ice. In times of heavy snow, it may require both! The driveway is a slow, straight downhill to the home, but the community has paved roads with switchbacks and elevation changes. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Spectacular Views and an Incredible Stay! What an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the absolutely phenomenal mountain views. Pictures simply cannot do this place justice. The scenery was breathtaking, and every time we looked outside, we were reminded of just how special this property really is. The outdoor fire pit area took the entire experience to another level. Sitting around the fire, enjoying the cool mountain air and beautiful surroundings, made for some truly unforgettable evenings. It added a whole new dimension to an already fantastic property. The home itself was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was just as you would hope for in a first-class mountain getaway. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this property. It exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect combination of spectacular scenery, relaxation, and comfort. Five stars all the way! We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable mountain getaway. We would return in a heartbeat!

House is beautiful and has a lovely view. We always enjoy any of the homes we rent in Eagles Nest. The only thing I can say about this particular house is that we do love to cook and found that there was not many items to use for a dinner such as serving pieces and tools to cook with. Other than that, very comfortable and would rent again

Amazing VIEWS. We booked for the Mountain views and it did not disappoint! The sunrises and sunsets were incredible. Just doing the dishes was a treat looking out the windows. Best things about this house: 1. The views- as stated above 2. The location- the neighborhood was amazing and my kids said it was better than Disney World because of all of the animals we saw 2x daily driving in and out of the neighborhood. 3. How flat the yard was. Perfect for small kids and toddlers to run around in. A lot of these houses do not have flat yards. 4. How luxe everything was. From the appliances to the decorating. To the high ceilings and space. House felt like a mansion. Hot tub was nice. Some notes: It is a new house! The house next door is still being built but we didn’t hear a peep and you can only really see the other house from the driveway. The ladders on the 2 bunk beds are not attached permanently. So not great for toddlers but they are aware. We would love to come back one day!

We usually don't stay at a place with no reviews, but the images showed - what appeared to be - the best views of any place we've stayed at. Frankly, I'm hesitant to give a review of this place because, selfishly, I want to be the only person that ever rents from here. It was absolutely stunning. Best views, flat land for the kids to play, perfect house setup. Was a perfect getaway for my family of 6 just before we started back at school. I loved this place so much, I've requested to purchase the home outright. So happy we decided to take a chance on a new listing...great host. Great house.

Our family absolutely loved this home, and the views were simply breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning panorama of the blue mountains stretching as far as the eye could see. The house has a wonderful layout, is beautifully furnished, and is very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Watching the sunset from the property was an unforgettable experience. One evening, the clouds settled below us as the sun dipped behind the mountains, creating one of the most spectacular scenes we've ever witnessed. This was truly one of the most memorable places we've ever stayed, and we can't wait to come back. We will definitely be returning!
