Blowing Rock Haven is your perfect mountain retreat. Whether you're chasing cool summer breezes, winter wonderland vibes, or a quiet getaway any time of year, this home offers the comfort, charm, and adventure-ready location you’re looking for.

Step inside and you’ll find a warm, inviting space designed for relaxation. Enjoy a bright, modern kitchen ideal for gathering, a cozy living area perfect for movie nights or curling up after a day on the trails, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind.  Just off the kitchen you will find a laundry center and a second bonus full sized refrigerator. 

Sip your morning coffee on the deck as the sun peeks over the treetops, or wind down in the evenings surrounded by the crisp mountain air. With serene wooded views, you get the feeling of being tucked away while still being just minutes from everything that makes Blowing Rock magical.  Enjoy the sounds of nature as you grill up a feast for dinner. 

The large primary suite on the main floor has a new premium King bed, Smart TV, Deck Access, and a private full bathroom with tub shower combo.

Upstairs you will find the other two comfortable bedrooms, one features a King Bed and the other a Queen each with its own mini split for personalized comfort.  These bedrooms share the second full bathroom which has a tub shower combo.

This charming cabin is centrally located on AppSki Mountain between Boone and Blowing Rock.  All of the High Country's best dinning and attractions are just a short drive away.  No matter what you do in the area you will love coming home to Blowing Rock Haven. 

Additional Notes and Rules:
•    Check in is after 4pm
•    Checkout by 10am
•    This home allows up to 2 mature dogs. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
•    Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. 
•    No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
•    Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
•    No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
•    4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
•    Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. 
•    Host is not responsible for items left in the home. 
•    Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
