Welcome to Beech Escape, a spacious four-bedroom retreat on Beech Mountain, NC, designed for relaxing getaways and memorable time with family and friends. Enjoy peaceful mountain surroundings, seasonal views, and an expansive deck with an outdoor fireplace and hot tub, perfect for morning coffee, evening gatherings, or unwinding beneath the stars.

Inside, lodge-inspired style meets thoughtful comfort. The spacious game room features a pool table and classic arcade games, while the private movie room offers cozy beanbag seating for laid-back movie nights. Younger guests will love The Cub’s Den, a dedicated space with two sets of bunk beds, foosball, toys, and plenty of room to play, while adults will appreciate the other three bedrooms with ensuites.

The well-appointed kitchen features an island with bar seating and a convenient pass-through with counter seating, creating an inviting space for preparing meals and gathering together. High-speed WiFi throughout the home adds modern convenience when you need it, while the mountain setting makes it easy to slow down and unplug.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: King ensuite on main level
- Bedroom 2: Queen ensuite on main level (bathroom also opens to the hallway)
- Bedroom 3: King ensuite on lower level
- Bedroom 4: Bunk room on lower with full bathroom across the hallway

Just down the road from Little Pond Trail, Beech Escape offers easy access to forest paths and a beautiful nearby waterfall. You’re also just minutes from Beech Mountain’s skiing, snowboarding, hiking and biking trails, local shops, fall foliage, and abundant wildlife.

Whether you’re planning an active mountain getaway or simply looking for a comfortable place to relax with family and friends, Beech Escape offers a welcoming home base in every season.

Additional Notes and Rules:
•  This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing any pets to this home.
•  All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
•  Check in is after 4pm
•  Checkout by 10am
•  Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. 
•  No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
•  Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
•  No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
•  4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice for all Beech Mountain homes - it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. 
•  Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. 
•  Host is not responsible for items left in the home. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
