Description

Additional Notes:

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. 
- Please note that fireplace is decorative only.  No wood burning devices are offered at this home. 
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This property is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs 30lb or under. The pet fee is $25/nt per pet. 
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. 
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. Chains may also be necessary during snowfall. 
- Parking space for up to 3 vehicles.

We were notified by the rental company 2 days prior to our arrival date that this property was unsafe to occupy. We had to scramble to find other lodging as we had family flying in from out of state and another rental booked for another family member. We had no choice but to stay a home that did not meet our needs and was remote in location. This was a very stressful and upsetting experience.

Beautiful home in a great location. Just a few minutes drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Blowing Rock. Great stay for large groups. The neighborhood has amazing views if you walk up to the top of the hill. Would book again. Thanks!

Everything was wonderful, including comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen (a surprisingly frequent issue with rentals recently)! The proximity to hiking, Blowing Rock, and Boone was perfect, as well. Very highly recommend staying here.

Great open and spacious floor plan, great views, and great proximity to Blowing Rock and nearby attractions! Very responsive rental team. Only minor drawback was a broken ice maker. Will book again next time!
