We enjoyed the cabin immensely! I’m fact we had planned to go out and about more, but it was so cozy and comfortable for us all… we just vegged. Watched movies, read, ate, went to hot tub and sat in front of the fire place a lot. Great little gotta away place.

The cabin is perfect for a weekend or longer stay. It is nicely located between downtown Boone and all the Ski Resorts. The hot tub was awesome. But our favorite part was the fireplace. Clean and everything worked perfectly.

The place was fantastic, we all had a great time, the fire pit was so nice with the sound of the creek right beside it and the fire cracking, and the hot tub was perfect for those cold nights, the inside gives you that nice cabin feeling and smell. Everything was clean and wonderful. Highly recommend.

The cabin had everything we needed & the location was great. Easy road access. Flat yard for kids to play, they loved the creek & fire pit. Town is just a short drive to the grocery or anything needed. Our main reason for visiting the area was to go to the Tweetsie’s Christmas and this was a short distance, about 15 minutes. We loved this area of NC. We will be back!

We completely enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Our little mini golden doodle, Louise, absolutely had the time of his life. He loved the cool weather and the fall leaves and smells all around outside. Thank you so much for a great getaway

The cabin is beautiful and clean. Great location between the ski resorts and downtown Boone. Love the cozy cabin feel and the hot tub outside. There was snow on the ground and the driveway and been cleared for easy access. Would recommend and stay again!

This property is along a river and is very picturesque! The house is neat and has a lot of resources you'd need such as kitchen supplies and space for your things. We enjoyed our stay here and even got some snow!

Super clean and cozy, great communication prior to arrival, close to everything! Great layout for our family after too much pandemic togetherness! Our dog loved crossing the bridge/creek in the backyard. Gas fireplace was wonderful on a dreary day. Everything we needed to make breakfast. Got DoorDash delivery and curbside pick up from The Comeback Shack, Stickboy Kitchen, and Capones just minutes away. Close to 105 so easy access to everything but expect some road noise. Ingles market 5 minutes away for anything you forgot. Busy street at end of driveway so keep pups on leash and eyes on little ones. Note for those with chemical sensitivities, there were a couple of intensely scented air fresheners and smell stayed strong even when aired out. Good information binder with recommendations for restaurants and hikes. 10 minutes from access to fishing on the Watauga River at the Valle Crucis Community Park (husband caught a rainbow trout) and the Mast Store Annex. Will rent again.

Great cabin with a fully appointed kitchen close to Boone and a short drive to Sugar and Beech Mountains. My family loved exploring the creek on the property as well as nearby hiking trails. Perfect for a Covid friendly getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The cabin is charming and ideally located in a private but accessible area. Very clean and well stocked. We very much enjoyed the creek in the backyard while soaking in the hot tub. Already looking forward to our next trip back. We tried the local Capones pizza (thanks to their helpful binder of recommendations) and it was delicious!

We had a great stay here! The location is great and we loved the large backyard, hot tub and creek. It was so relaxing! We also had fun with the foosball table. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals and the beds were really comfortable. Overall, great stay!

We loved our time at the Baird’s Creek Cabin! It is in a perfect spot- near lots of great hikes and waterfalls and also close to town (shops, restaurants, and groceries). The Cabin is lovely- very comfortable and has everything you would need to be comfortable. We especially loved the beautiful stream in the backyard and enjoyed the view and sounds while we had a fire in the firepit and made S’mores! Such a fun get-a-way!!!

We had a nice weekend in the Baird's Creek Cabin. The hot tub was just perfect. Lots of room for our family and the location was great. We had a few hick-ups but the folks at Blue Ridge Mountain Resort took care of it and us immediately.
We would definitely recommend this cabin and Blue Ridge Mountain Resort.

We so enjoyed our stay at Baird’s Creek Cabin! The cabin itself is lovely, it was a cozy home base for us before and after busy days of hiking and sightseeing. We appreciated the cabin’s central and easy-access location, which allowed us to visit all of our favorite places and trails without a lot of driving in between. The cabin is clearly well-maintained, and we arrived to find it well-stocked with just about any necessity you could imagine. We enjoyed the back yard just as much as the inside of the cabin – there were good trees for setting up hammocks, lots of room for a game of fetch with the dog, the sight and sound of a gentle creek, and a fire pit where we roasted marshmallows each evening. (There’s a hot tub too, but we just never got around to that!) We had a perfect little vacation in the mountains, and this cabin played a big part in making it so - highly recommended!

Our weekend at this cabin was great! Exactly what we were hoping for. Loved the comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything was very clean. We will definitely return!
