Just along the side of the home, you'll find an outdoor kitchen equipped with a large gas grill, a high top table, and ample cooking and entertaining space. For cooler evenings, gather around the fire pit to enjoy the warmth and ambience of a crackling fire against the backdrop of the starlit sky.
The three well-appointed bedrooms offer comfort and relaxation. The master suite is located on the main level and is a true sanctuary, complete with its own en-suite bathroom with heated floors, and, of course, more of those magnificent mountain views. Upstairs to the right, find another spacious bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. This room also offers its own deck access. Across the hall to the left of the stairs you'll find the perfect bedroom for young children or teenagers, complete with 2 individual twin beds and a twin-over-queen bunk bed. This bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom.

- There is a level 1 EV charger at this home.
- Repeat guests returning to this home can receive a 5% discount (not to be stacked with other discounts).
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Firewood for the indoor fireplace and the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. The road leading to this home is gravel and moderately steep in some places.
- Ample gravel parking space (4-5 vehicles)

One camera at the side door pointing towards the door this is the main entrance for guests. One camera on the garage pointed towards the side door of the garage. CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
