Adventure Awaits at this cozy 3-bedroom cabin perched atop Seven Devils in just over 3,800 feet in elevation! Enjoy cool summer temps, stunning autumn foliage, action packed winter ski trips or a blissful spring refresher! Regardless of the time of year you are planning your trip, this home offers the perfect location for adventures of all kinds!

The ramp allows for easy access from the parking area to the front door. Once inside, you'll be greeted with a lovely open layout between the kitchen and living room. The living room features a huge sectional, cozy recliner and flat screen TV (Spectrum & streaming service available). In the recently renovated kitchen you'll find new stainless appliances, a live edge island, and Keurig coffeemaker. There are 4 barstools at the island and a dining table that will sit 4 more people. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a queen size bed, TV, and full bath with tub/shower combo. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed & TV and the other with 2 double beds. Guests in these bedrooms will share a full bathroom, also with a tub/shower combination. 

Enjoy early morning sunrises or stunning mountain sunsets with your beverage of choice on the back deck. When you're ready to head into town, Boone is a quick 10 minute drive and Blowing Rock is about 15 minutes. Other popular towns such as Banner Elk and Valle Crucis can also be reached in about 15-17 minutes. Guests may also relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Seven Devils is home to Hawksnest Snowtubing & Zip Line Park! One of the regions top destinations for family fun. Otter Falls is just a minute or two away which is accessed via a moderately strenuous 0.6-mile hike. A trail map can be found by visiting https://www.sevendevils.net/nature-trails. 

Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. 
- The roads leading to this home are all paved however, AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months due to the steep incline of driveway. 
- Adventure Awaits is located at nearly 3,900 feet in elevation and does not have central air conditioning. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and portable window fans. Summer temperatures vary from 68-75 degrees during the day, and 50-65 degrees in the evening. 
- Dogs are welcome for an additional rent of $25/night each plus tax.
- This home has one exterior security camera, mounted on the back side of the home facing away from the house & parking area. There are no other cameras on site. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. We came to snow tube with our little ones and Hawksnest was only around 7 minutes away which was so convenient. The staff was incredibly accommodating to our needs. We have already begun to plan our next trip!

Our ski trip was amazing. This property is close to Sugar Mountain and other attractions. Everything we needed was there and really enjoyed the hot tub. 4X4 required during snow/ice conditions but we had great weather and no issues with our 2 wheel drive. Highly recommend!!

Our family of nine spent four days in this wonderful house. Most of us woke up early to watch the spectacular sunrises. The house was perfect. It wrapped its arms around us and felt like home. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a great time on our trip! Wheelchair accessible houses are difficult to come by in the mountains, and we were so happy to find one in a great location, that was spotless clean, and easy communication with rental company!

It’s located in Seven Devils which is a winding twisty path up a small mountain (?) . Very steep driveway! But it is adorable, very well kept and secluded. There are a good number of houses and the town hall around it but not noticeable through trees. We used this house for a whitewater rafting trip with High Mountain Expeditions and was very close by. Even better than photos. Visited both Boone and Banner Elk while in town and both were great little towns! Great stay very pleased

Great house and location. I'm hot natured and was worried about no central air with our stay being 4th of July. It was actually comfortable and really nice at night utilizing all the fans. Great stay for us.

This was a very comfortable and clean home with a perfect location for our hiking needs...including a hot tub. In addition, we brought our dog and it was nice to have the private yard (which is not unkept but rather natural due to the wooded surroundings). Beds were great as was the living room furniture. Kitchen was very well stocked. Easy check-in and check-out. Even though near other houses, it felt very private. As a side note, this was not our first choice but the host had an issue with the other property and found us a new place ASAP which was greatly appreciated, especially on this holiday weekend! Regardless we would come here again!

We rented this property to take some family time and go snow tubing for the weekend! Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a hit! Driveway can be challenging if there is winter weather. Love how close it was though to the main, plowed road.

It's a nice house that was clean. The kitchen was stocked nicely including things like scissors, flashlights, and ziplock bags that other rentals often do not have. The driveway is a bit difficult to turn into with a larger vehicle like a Suburban, but we solved that by backing in. The only real complaint is that several of the window blinds downstairs were not working and stuck in the up position, so people outside could potentially see in. Thankfully they worked in the bedrooms. Overall we were happy with the experience.
