The views from this property are outstanding! We enjoyed colorful sunsets and morning coffee on the decks. The space was perfect for our older children and their significant others. We all had enough space to feel comfortable and come together for meals and games. It is so close to Boone and Blowing Rock as well. We would love to return!

Amazing view, well stocked kitchen, and a great open layout for the living room, dining room and kitchen. Down stairs bedrooms were as others mentioned - smelled like animals (which is what we expected booking a pet friendly place). It was a great house for our small family reunion.

My family and my brother in laws family planned this trip to create memories with our kids in the mountains, and this place was just perfect! All our 3 families fit very comfortably in the house! The view is just so beautiful, very private area! As they mentioned a 4WD is a must during winter season, we didn't get any rain and our minivan did just fine! The location is perfect, very close to blowing rock and Boone, very close to hikes and parks. The house is very comfy and had everything we needed!

Our family loved our stay at Above it All. The place was very spacious and kitchen had plenty of dishware, utensils and cookware. Location is convenient to Blowing Rock and Boone. The View is awesome! The porch is wider than it looks in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again. It was really nice.

My family stayed at this beautiful home during family weekend at App State. We felt at home the moment we walked through the door. Very comfortable, well equipped and stocked, extremely clean. Tropical storm Ian was coming through so unfortunately we didn't get to take full advantage of the lovely porch and hot tub. Definitely next time. The view is spectacular and you truly feel Above It All. I had to contact customer service early Saturday morning and they were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. Maintenance came promptly to look at something and handled everything. I have rented from many different companies and I can 100% say that Blue Ridge Mtn Rentals is one of the BEST! Easy check in/out process. Communication was professional and extremely friendly. I even received a follow up call after the trip from customer service which I greatly appreciated. We would love to stay here again and we will definitely be renting again from Blue Ridge. Wonderful home and exceptional experience. We loved it!

Nice home located right near Blowing Rock and Boone. Wife would have liked a Kurig machine, and I would have liked having Dish Network or cable. Clean and plenty of space. The views are blocked this time a year a bit by the trees in full bloom. Overall a great home, and I would stay there again!

Such a great winter vacation spot! We had a great time for MLK weekend with family and lots and lots of snow. Tons of fun hills around the house for sledding for the kids and the hot tub was loved by all. Incredibly well stocked kitchen made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. Our family had a delightful stay at this home. The views are gorgeous. Photos online make the decks seem narrow but in person they are plenty wide. Everything was clean and there were many helpful binders of information and notes about what to see/do in the area as well as check out details.. The beds were comfortable and the common area had great sitting space and dining space. Kitchen was wonderfully equipped and outside grill was clean and great. We were so happy on our four days at this home and wish we had more time to enjoy the surrounding areas. The location was excellent as it felt very private but was only 10-15 minutes from either Boone or Blowing Rock. Our dog was very happy here and felt very welcomed by the homeowners and all the pro-canine art work and quotes on the walls. :) You won't regret renting this home.

We had our family vacation here. It is no small feat getting two married sons and their families and one college son in the same place at one time. Your place was perfect for 7 adults and 2 grandbabies. Your home is warm and welcoming. It is decorated beautifully. The view- amazing.
