The living area features a cozy gas fireplace and comfortable seating, perfect for movie nights or catching up after a day outdoors. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, whether you're cooking a full family dinner or just warming up snacks before heading out to explore.

Spend your days soaking in the fresh mountain air and your evenings unwinding beneath the stars. The spacious outdoor area offers multiple ways to relax, from the bubbling hot tub to the inviting fire table.
And if you're traveling with four-legged family members, the fenced yard provides a safe place for them to stretch their legs while you relax nearby.

Lazy Bear Inn offers a quiet, private feel while still conveniently located near some of the High Country’s most popular destinations. Here in the charming community of Sugar Grove, you'll enjoy easy access to:
Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- This home is pet friendly with a fee of $25/per day, per dog.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. There is enough parking for 4 vehicles.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
