The home has a king suite, queen bedroom with bath adjacent, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Relax next to the gas log fireplace, or enjoy dinner at the custom-made live edge table. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen are both beautiful and functional for entertaining.
Prepare to relax to the sounds of Town Creek and a hundred yard long, gently cascading waterfall below your deck. Take in the long-range Mountain View through North Carolina into Virginia. You will feel that you are in your own, private and peaceful world yet only be a .25 mile drive from Beech Mountain Resort. Snow Skiing, Snowboarding, Tubing, Mountain Biking, Disc Golf and Beech Mountain Brewing are within walking distance. World class hiking, waterfalls, and dining are only minutes away. Enjoy the cool mountain breezes of the High Country at 5506' and leave your cares behind as you enjoy a slice of Heaven. Stays Cozy and warm in the winter and due to decreased temperatures on the mountain (approx. 20 degrees cooler than surrounding area due to altitude) it stays nice and cool in the summer too with cool mountain breezes and fans, no AC needed

This place is tastefully decorated. It felt like staying at a friend's house. Location is perfect, only 4 minutes to the slopes; parking right in front of the cabin, peaceful and private. Kitchen and the whole cabin is very well equipped with everything you need even hot chocolate and coffee ( thank you ?) . We had an absolutely fantastic stay at West Pond Beech. We've stayed at a bunch of 2 bedroom condos traveling to the mountains, beach, wherever over the years. I have to say, this condo was as well appointed with amenities as any. Tons of great small details & touches. From the Kuerg with full coffee bar, nice kitchen and appliances, great smart TV with YouTube TV, great living room & bedroom furniture, phenomenal porch with Mountain View & creek, and just extremely comfortable. Plus we had some great wildlife (pics attached)! We could absolutely tell that the owners take pride in their home, and wanted to make their guests feel welcome.
