Welcome to Valle Meadows Retreat!
Sleeping Accommodations: Valle Meadows Retreat has two bedrooms but two additional bonus rooms set up as bedrooms.
Main Level: King Bed
Upper Level: King Bed
Lower Level: Full Bed, Bunk Beds with Trundle, Queen Sleeper Sofa
Follow the flight of deck stairs to the main entry of Valle Meadows Retreat. This home has all new furnishings, throughout. Tongue and groove cathedral ceilings set off the living room. Comfortable seating for everyone surrounds the wood burning fireplace and a large screen Roku TV that also has satellite TV for live viewing. The gorgeous dining room table has 8 chairs plus a bench, easily seating 10 or more. At the bar, there are two more stools. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and both a Keurig and standard coffee makers. Off of the kitchen is a full bathroom and a bedroom with a King sized bed with its own Roku TV .
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom. There is King bed, a large TV, and a cozy chair. The en suite bath has a tub/shower combo. In the lower level, there are two more bedrooms, a full bath, and a den with game tables. One room is a Full bed, the other a Twin over Twin bunkbed with a third Twin trundle underneath. The full bedroom has a private TV. There is a bathroom in the same hallway as the full with a shower. The den has a queen sleeper sofa and chairs around the TV. There is also a high top table for board games, a 7 foot air hockey/ping pong table, and a well-made foosball table.
From the lower level, or using stairs on the main level's back deck, you can access the fenced in back yard. There is a fire pit for roasting s'mores, and room to run around, and a newly installed hot tub on the back patio.

Returning guests to Valle Meadows Retreat can receive a 5% discount (not to be stacked with other discounts)
This home is pet friendly. Fee is $25/night each, max of 2 mature dogs.
AWD/4WD is needed to access all of our homes in the winter months. Please come prepared.
Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax per night. Let us know how many nights you will need.

Our family really loved our long weekend vacation at Sugar Grove. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the teenagers loved having the downstairs game room and bedrooms to themselves. There was great communication with the rental agency too. Our adult kids and their significant others joined us for an early Christmas before they all went their separate ways for the holidays. We all had enough space to relax, read, play games, do puzzles, eat, hang in the hot tub and get some exercise running the hills! The two dogs thoroughly enjoyed the fenced back yard. This was one of our favorite vacations we are in love with this place!!! The view you get everywhere, trails, fishing, the towns are fun! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a vast age range with infants to grandparents and all ages in between. The game room was perfect for all the kids and kept them occupied all weekend, it was hard getting them to leave. The hot tub and fire pit were a great addition and in perfect locations. This was the perfect rental for our family and our dogs! The house was so comfortable for our family and the fenced in yard made it much more enjoyable with all the family pets we brought along.
