Level entry with paved access to this 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom one level home neighboring the Blue Ridge Parkway in Newland.  Newly built outdoor open air patio with seating and gas grill.  Covered porch overlooking the ample manicured backyard.  King and Queen suites with bathrooms in each of the two bedrooms.  Twin with twin trundle bedroom in the front bedroom.  All rooms are on the main level.  Front sitting room with seating and SmartTV.  Shuffleboard for added entertainment.  Far end of the home has a grand living room and open concept kitchen.  Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, plenty of dinnerware and dishware as well as both a drip and Keurig style coffeemaker.  Pyle Audio Bluetooth speakers in the kitchen for guests to enjoy.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
- This home is not pet friendly.  Thank you for not bringing pets into this home!
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. 
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am
- RETURNING GUESTS?  Reach out for details on a special discount!
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit can be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. 
- Situated at over 3700 elevation, ceiling fans and window units are used for cooling sources at this home. 
- Guests do not have access to unfinished basement or lower level garage.  Thank you for your understanding!
- Please note that guests using the front twin with twin trundle bedroom will need to access bathroom facilities through the King or Queen suites. 
- Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund, bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund
