The stay was more than wonderful, landscapes it’s amazing , its super well-equipped kitchen, largue spaces of bathrooms and rooms, a space full of nature and great for your pets, the house is super entertaining, it has thousands of games to be together with family and friends . the members of the staff are very attentive of us, we will return as soon as possible from Colombia

We had so much space- perfect for two families with four adults and five total kids. Thank you for being dog friendly! The hot tub and firepit were a big hit. We all came for Autumn in Oz. Perfect distance from everything.

The view is amazing!!! Very great house to spend time with the family and kids. So much to do outside of the house ( badminton, hot tube, fire pit, nice lawn to run and play games), which makes this house unique, comparing other places we stayed in the mountains before.

Our families rented this place looking somewhere to fit two families with five children a dog, and please us all. The place worked out amazingly for us and our dog too. Place had a game room for the kids to unwind after a day out exploring and hiking places near by…. Boone, Banner Elk, Blue Ridge Parkway and Grandfather Mountain. The views were spectacular and the deck over looking the mountains and valley was a great way to spend mornings and evenings relaxing. This was all we were hoping it would be and more. Would definitely returns. A note though the driveway is definitely steep but they make sure you are aware before you arrive.

This cabin is the perfect getaway! Lots of space, amazing views, and plenty of homey touches to make it where you don't even have to leave! The hill up to the house is definitely steep and gravel for about half of it. Definitely recommend AWD or coming and going in the daytime. Lots of good things to do in the area, all about 15-20 minutes away! Definitely recommend!

The house is perfectly situated for an amazing view rom morning to night. It also has everything you could possibly need for relaxing and entertaining! The location it great as you can get anywhere from downtown Boone to Banner Elk within a quick drive. Highly recommend this home and Blue Ridge rentals property management!

House was very clean and provided utensils and amenities needed. We didn’t get snow but the games and pool table/ping pong and shuffle board were well used! Nice to have hot tub too! Beautiful view off the porch.

We loved our experience staying here for a short getaway from the Florida heat. The house is amazing and large enough for multiple people with plenty of outdoor space. The house had everything we could ask for and we would love to come back and stay again in the future.

Just what we needed. A cozy cabin to relax in for 5 days. The dogs loved the fenced-in yard - a bonus for us too! We had everything we needed. Lots of opportunity to explore in the area from Mast General Store to the Watauga River!

Love renting from Blue Ridge! Always pleasant and easy to work with. The home we stayed in had amazing views with comfy outdoor seating. Enjoyed playing shuffle board. Great house if you are traveling with your fur baby. Easy drive to downtown Boone. Road up is somewhat steep, although would not keep us from staying again. Wish our stay was longer!!

Rhys River is an incredibly warm and welcoming place, and Blue Ridge mountain rentals couldn't have made the whole experience easier. The house was thoroughly clean when we arrived, and the five-star accommodations were a great touch. The house had all the entertainment we could've asked for, including a wonderful hot tub ideal for a relaxing soak after a long hike. Blue ridge mountain rentals was speedy to answer when I had questions ahead of the booking, and very helpful with every step along the way. I couldn't recommend a better place if you're looking to stay in the Boone area.

We loved our stay! Home has everything you will need for a mountain getaway. Kitchen was super equipped, tons of games, the kids room is so charming and fun, the porch could not be beat (we practically lived on the porch all week!!) The Rhys River Valley is a beautiful slice of heaven with the rolling green pastures! Deer visited us daily by the apple tree and we roasted marshmallows by the fire in the evening. Not too far from all the things you want to do. And the owner/staff were really easy to contact, got back to us with our questions immediately. We hope to stay again!

Wonderful experience with Blue Ridge Rentals. We've been renting from them for approximately 5 years now, multiple times during the year, and have no complaints whatsoever. All homes have been very clean and very comfortable. Also, just about anything you need is already in the homes such as towels, bedding, kitchen utensils and appliances. We have never had a bad experience or even a so-so experience. The best part for us is they have many "big dog OK" homes to choose from because we would never go anywhere without our fur baby. This last home we stayed in June 16 - June 24 was Rhys' River Valley and the yard was perfect for our dog. Great level shady front yard and fenced-in back yard for play and exercise. While there is another house using the same drive up the mountain, they are far enough away so you still have your privacy. Their dogs are in fence so no danger of interaction. We will definitely be back! Everyone we have ever dealt with at Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals has been friendly and helpful. They will bend over backwards to make sure your rental experience is the best. If you have a hard time choosing from the many beautiful homes just call and tell them what is most important and they will help you choose the best rental for you. We have always rented in the Boone area because I just love the atmosphere, shopping and people in Boone, but they have homes located in other areas of the mountains. To summarize, we wouldn't think of renting with anyone else ever.

Great spot for kids!!! We loved the location and the little market at the bottom of the hill (great sandwiches!!). The water in the showers was a little inconsistent, but had bath tubs for the kids. Be careful if you small children in the showers. Definitely would recommend for families as it had a great outdoor space for the kids to run!!

This is a wonderful place tucked away off the road and down from Boone. Scenery from the deck is gorgeous. Location is close enough to Boone and hikes to make it a central point to go in several directions. Quiet and peaceful at the home with all the things you need to cook and relax. Just loved it. A great break and change of pace especially during these times.

The Rhys' River Valley cabin was a relaxing getaway for our family vacation. We were pleasantly surprised how convenient it was to get to from Boone, yet it seemed to be in its own world. The view from the cabin included distant green pasture land, forest covered mountains, and the winding river. We spent much of our time on the deck chairs absorbing the scenery and sounds. A hummingbird visited a couple times to some cut flowers we had on the deck and we also saw an indigo bunting perched on a nearby tree. We cooked together in the modern kitchen and then enjoyed it while still getting the full panoramic view. The furniture was extremely comfortable, so much that, during one afternoon, I fell asleep on the deck while my wife napped in the living room. The bedroom décor was welcoming and the beds so comfortable it was tempting to sleep in a bit. One morning the fog rolled in across the valley, which was fun to watch it give way to the sunshine. In the evening we talked, read, and also played pool and ping pong, which brought back some nice memories. The hot tub was a special hit for our daughter where she spent much time floating about. We will cherish the memories from this vacation.

Beautiful views from the very private deck. Very peaceful setting. Enjoyed listening to the birds. If you want to get away and have some quiet time, this is the perfect house. I also loved the fact that they allow dogs. We had a great visit.
