Loved our stay here. The house was a great fit for our family of 8 during ski season and the pictures do a great job or representing what it looks like inside. It's about a 15 minute drive from Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain so it didn't feel too far from everything, but was just far enough away to have a house with a yard and plenty of privacy. Our family loved the hot tub. It was in the mid-30's during our stay and the kids still managed to spend time in it. It wasn't very difficult navigating the back roads using app maps. We were worried if it snowed how our Transit van would fair on the hilly roads and while it did snow a little one night we didn't need 4WD or chains. We easily stay there again.

This house was absolutely stunning. First of all, it was very clean. This is a huge priority for me. I cannot relax if the house has any cleanliness issues. It was pristine. Second, the house had a beautiful footprint. The common area was large yet cozy and the bedrooms were nicely separated. The view from all of the (very large) windows was perfect. I would stay here again…often.

This was our third stay at Peace of Heaven. The house has a wonderful view and is very quiet. It is close enough to Banner Elk and Boone for quick trips to town but seems far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We have had good experiences with Blue Ridge Rentals each time and highly recommend them.

We loved our stay at this home so very much. It was the perfect place for a small family reunion. We watched our kids run in the yard, made simple meals in the kitchen and relaxed around the fire at night. The area was great. We hiked to Otter Falls, waded in nearby rivers and listened to music in Valle Crucis. If we could have stayed longer, we would have certainly done so....it is indeed the peace of heaven.

The home is beautiful! Its the perfect get away home to forget about all your cares and enjoy crisp mountain air, peaceful quietness and great views. The home is very clean and has great amenities; the location is great for quick access to Boone, Blowing rock, Beech mountain, Sugar mountain or Linville. A stunning, charming home located close to everything we needed for this vacation. I actually told my husband this house was the first VRBO we've ever stayed in that truly felt like home! Extremely clean, perfectly decorated and comfortable for everyone from kids to tweens to adults! Spacious and comfortable we will definitely stay here again! Hot tub needed repairing on our first day but they got it take a care of by the time we got home from skiing the first full day there! The name of this place is perfect! Home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great fire pit, hot tub, game room, hiking trails. Short distance to Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain. We have been coming to this area for years and rented a Farm House. The owners moved back in full time so we had to find a replacement. Piece of Heaven is now our favorite Mountain Home and we will definitely be back.....

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in late June! Despite being a bit remote (which was also part of the charm), the home was perfectly appointed. The views are lovely, and we enjoyed our morning coffee in those big rocking chairs on the front porch. The family room was a great space for being all together to play games or watch a movie. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need for cooking. The garage “Game Center” provided hours of fun playing ping pong and corn hole.. We hope to be back!

First time renting in North Carolina mountains and Blue Ridge Rentals' information about the property and answers to any follow up questions I had were complete and accurate. What a fantastic and professsional company to work with. They were extremely helpful and their online chat helped me many times decipher which activities to prioritize while spending time in the mountains. Even when I met them in person (after our long drive) they were a pleasure to deal with. I am from Central Florida, had no idea where to go or what to do in the Blue Ridge area and my only research came through online searches. We have rented homes in the area several times and we all agreed that Peace of Heaven has become our favorite. Meticulously taken care of...not even a cobweb under the porch overhang. It's pristine. The house is very well stocked. We never used the TVs or hot tub, but they were available and appeared newer. The view is breathtaking. As in, you don't want to get up after you've finished your coffee or after the sun has set. It's beautiful. We saw so much wildlife (except for bears - and we were okay with that). We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place for larger family to have lots of room inside and outside. 3 bedrooms but one has bunk beds which is perfect for teens or younger, 2.5 baths and a large, well equipped kitchen. Several outdoor family games, fire pit, hot tub, and an easy access driveway with a garage, lots of parking. Close to Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Linville Falls, and Grandfather Mountain. Very nice home and restaurants close by, one "Over Yonder" just 5 minutes away across from original Mast General Store. Enjoy a peace of heaven, great solitude and lovely view.

Our stay at Peace of Heaven was AMAZING!!! It truly lives up to its name!!! Upon arrival you are taken by the amazing views surronding the home, and then you walk in to more. The house is gorgeous! All the features and ambiance were so homey and welcoming. We have stayed at many cabins throughout the years and this by far is the best. Our every need was met, and then some!! We have 3 children and this cabin was super kid friendly. From the great bunk beds to the garage game room-fantastic!!!!! They did not miss a thing setting this cabin up. There were many unexpected and very much appreciated amenities. They did not miss a thing!!! The hot tub was a treat. Perfectly crystal clear and so relaxing. It even had jets for your feet!!! Hands down, the best! We will definitely back and would recommend to everyone!!

Great family home with lots of space, kitchen has everything, tons of outdoor play areas, games like ping ping,darts, Cornhole and more available. Quiet with easy access drive. Fire pit and view from front porch. 3 bedrooms which includes a bunk room- great for kids. Very clean and plenty of parking, has a garage. Close to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk. We have stayed at many cabins throughout the years with our 3 kids and this by far has been the best!!! The house was gorgeous!!!!! And I mean GORGEOUS!! The property, the views, the decorating, every aspect of it!! The owners/rental company has thoufht of everything!! Down to night lights (which I always have to bring), so this was a nice treat. Many "extras" that many other homes just don't have. Many games and things for kids to do while we sat on porch enjoying the beautiful views with some local wines. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone!!! We are already planning our trip back next year Thank you for sharing this "peace of heaven" ??

We booked a last minute stay with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals at the Peace of Heaven cabin and had the best experience. I knew that if I called BRMR they would be able to answer all my questions about the property, and give me an idea if it'd be a fit for our family. Amy was fantastic and extremely helpful. Peace of Heaven in Banner Elk was the best house we've rented. It was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for the two families (4 adults, 4 kids) for the weekend. It's a single level home with 3 bedrooms. The kids loved the dual bunk beds, and we all loved the layout, but the best was the beautiful yard and flat area for kids to play. It is a bit of a windy trek up the mountain to get to the house, but that was ok with us to get the rolling hills and big, flat yard.

We loved this place. We stayed in a beautiful cabin on Signature Ridge Rd and the scenery was perfect. We felt isolated while having the convenience of groceries, gas and plentiful mom and pop shops all within a 15 minute drive. The staff was professional and outstanding. Could not have found a more perfect getaway. We'll definitely be coming back.

Best house we have ever rented. Great attention to detail, owners obviously love the house and welcoming others into the house. They mowed a trail through the pasture so we could visit the cows. They had firewood ready for the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we could need. Loved it!! Cannot wait to go back.

Everyone at Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals are wonderful to deal with!!! My family stayed at Peace of Heaven in Banner Elk. The house was beautiful!!!
