LOVED OUR TIME AT PEACE AND TRANQUILITY, AT ECHOTA ON THE RIDGE. THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN. BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, AND THE VIEWS WERE GREAT. WE WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK. IT WAS VERY EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH STAFF AT BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAIN RENTALS. IT IS A GREAT LOCATION AND HAS A LOVELY POOL, WHICH WE REALLY ENJOYED.

This property was very clean and had many basic items we needed for our stay. Finding the unit and understanding how to get into the property was a bit confusing. The indoor pool was farther than expected as you have to drive to another property. It is not a walkable distance. However, the views were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee watching the sunrise! Since we visited in November, the fireplace was a nice feature and easy to use. We had no bug issues, but perhaps that is a warm weather thing. We would definitely stay here again.

My best friend and I came to stay for 4 days for a break and had a wonderful time period the condo was spotless, easy to find an easily accessed. The location was wonderful. I have been coming up there for 25 years so being very familiar with the area This was a perfect spot between Linnville Boone and Blowing Rock to visit friends hike and make it to a few wineries. I would definitely rent this condo again and may do just that in the very near future!

4/5 Nice We were given two gate codes & so we had a hard time getting in. There is 4 condos together and not given clear instructions which one we rented. The neighbors told us which one was a rental! The condo is nice, everything we needed and a very nice view. I highly recommend that they get some new pillows for the beds because they are very thin. They need to have the exterminator come and spray because everyday I killed spiders in the front bathroom. Instructions had to put trash in the bins. We never found the bins or a dumpster so we brought the trash home! Need to include the location of where the bins are located. The condo is nice and we enjoyed our stayed and are already looking forward to coming back July fourth weekend.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our children! We use VRBO a lot and then was definitely one of our favorites. Very clean and had everything we needed. It was spacious as well. Well maintained and extra touches like games, movies, etc. which our kids enjoyed! After skiing or skating it was nice to sit by the fire and enjoy different games than the ones we brought....We hope to visit again.

Peace and tranquility was a perfect place for our long weekend getaway to the mountains! This is by far the cleanest place I have ever rented! Everything was perfect! The view is breathtaking, and love the covered porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the fresh mountain air! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We really enjoyed the condo and the view. So peaceful and relaxing. The ice maker does not work and I thought it was strange to put sheets on the bed. But the condo was terrific and enjoyed the area

My girlfriend and I stayed at Peace and Tranquility for just under a week, and by the end, we wished we could live there for the rest of our lives. The view is spectacular, the area in Banner Elk is a warm and inviting place to be, and the furnishing of the unit is sublime. From the gorgeous kitchen to the romantic master bedroom, Peace and Tranquility provided us with one of the most home-y experiences outside of home we had ever shared together. What I loved is you could tell the owner took the time to think through every possibility a guest may encounter. For example, one night to accompany dinner, my girlfriend and I purchased a bottle of wine. We had not thought about bringing one, so when we opened the drawer in the kitchen to find a wine key, it made our experience that much more memorable. I will definitely be back to stay there again when the time comes that I need some peace and tranquility. Thank you for making our vacation incredible!

I booked this as we decided on a last minute trip, everything was flawless as far as booking, and the rental was just right. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars was we couldn't find the indoor pool, after I googled it learned you had to drive out the gated community, down to highway 105, then into another gated community to find it! No problem, wish that was a little clearer in the description!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful place. I could not get over the amazing views. Although it was chilly outside, we found ourselves sitting in the rockers on the deck just taking in the views. The area is gated and quiet.

We loved staying here. The community, view and property were lovely. The condo was clean and newer. The view from the deck was beautiful, we stayed at the end of October and the leaves were in full color. Close to Grandfather mountain and just a short drive to Boone and Blowing Rock. Such a quiet and cute community nestled at the top of the mountain. I would definitely recommend it!

We love Echota, and this home was well cared for and nicely furnished. Beautiful view from the spacious deck. Two rocking chairs on the deck. This is a lovely place for a small family. Would have loved to have had more than two chairs on the deck so we could all enjoy it together. Small things but different from our other stays. Otherwise a great getaway.

Loved our visit!! The condo was pristine...spotless!! The views were breathtaking. Could've have stayed for a week. Only downside....noisy upstairs neighbors. If not for them, perfect trip!
