The kitchen has an upper and lower oven, range, dishwasher, and both styles of coffeemakers. Keurig and a drip coffee maker for your convenience.
On Easy Street has banquette seating around the dining table and additional seating at the kitchen peninsula. Gather in the living room by the gas fireplace. Or watch a show together, on the mounted flat screen TV. Head downstairs to the game room featuring a large flat screen TV, foosball table, dart board, and seating.
Feel the mountain breezes as you relax outside. On Easy Street has an inviting outdoor deck with great seating and a gas grill. The hot tub is on the lower patio below the deck.
Additional Notes:
- Repeat guests returning to stay at On Easy Street again can receive a 10% discount.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens are provided for you.
- This property is pet friendly for mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25/nt per pet plus tax.
- There are paved parking spaces for up to 3-4 vehicles.
- There are about 10 steps to enter the main level of the home from the parking area.

We vacationed here with our children 14 years ago. Came back to re-visit some of our favorite spots with our youngest son who is now 21 and our daughter 23, and share it with her husband (of only 4 months!) We had a hard time finding a pet friendly home with 3 adult sized beds, but so happy we found this gem! It is the perfect place for adult children with the game room including darts and foosball and the hot tub right outside! Perfect! So many nice touches! We really appreciated the small toiletry bags, the small supply of tp, papertowels, detergents…so convenient and the Girl Scout cookies! Yum! That was a real treat!- Christie, Posted: 09/21/2023
1 Easy Escape was the perfect stay for our trip to the mountains! The location of the cabin was a huge perk, it was an easy 10-15 minute drive to Boone and Blowing Rock – the proximity makes it very easy to explore all that the region has to offer. The cabin itself was very clean and wonderfully appointed, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Most notably, we really enjoyed the hot tub and large back porch, the outdoor spaces were fantastic. The hosts provide everything you need to really feel at home.
