The primary suite exudes tranquility and luxury, featuring a sumptuous king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom adorned with exquisite tiled shower facilities. Meanwhile, the second bedroom provides a restful haven with its plush queen-sized bed and convenient full bathroom located just across the hallway, complete with a second shower for added convenience.

- Just B.E. is pet friendly, allowing one dog for an additional rent of $25 per night plus taxes, max of 25lbs.
- The community of Elk Run is currently in a period of growth. There are nearby lots with homes under construction.
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- 4WD/AWD or chains may be required to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- The front door has a Ring doorbell pointed at the driveway for safety. No cameras are pointed toward the interior or located on the main deck.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE:
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
