We loved our stay here!! Such a beautiful home and had the best amenities to make our time in between skiing soooo much fun!

We had a group of 12 and LOVED our stay here! Very roomy and such a beautiful home to hang out in after skiing! This home was about 10 minutes from beech mountain so made it super easy to get to and from the slopes. Definitely ensure you drive cars with 4WD in the snowy months because it is a bit steep on the mountain with icey roads. 100% would recommend!!

It is a gorgeous house, very spacious, was a perfect fit for our family and extended family that came! It was about 10 min from beech mountain town. We didn’t use any of the Eagle nest amenities because it was far from the house. Eagles nest is very spread out but was also fun walking each morning and exploring the trails. The one time I had to call guest services they picked up right away and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to others.

We stayed at the amazing, "It was all a dream" house in Eagles Nest. This house had everything we could have asked for and more. Incredibly spacious with 4 bedrooms that all had their own bathroom. A large gathering area, dining table, and kitchen to hold the 8 of us who stayed. They have a hot tub and both an indoor and outdoor gas fireplace to enjoy. It was easy to book, super clean, and exactly as described. We had fires outside in the fire pit, enjoyed the hot tub, and the beautiful views of the terrain. We can't wait to go back!

The home we stayed in, “It Was All a Dream” was exactly that. Not only was it stunning, but it was so well appointed. We had everything we needed for our little getaway and then some. It was obvious the owners put a lot of thought into each detail. We will definitely stay here again!

We just spent the best week at “it was all a dream”! The house felt very luxurious and was stocked with everything we needed. Each bedroom having a private bathroom was such a game changer for a rental. It was such a private relaxing location with tons of neighborhood amenities. We came to It Was All a Dream over a beautiful Labor Day weekend to spend time with friends and left thinking about the next time we can return. The property is absolutely gorgeous with a fully stocked house, perfect layout for multiple families and a community with all the amenities. Our children had a blast exploring the Eagles Nest base camps, hiking throughout the property, and just exploring within the yard. We attended a Saturday concert series which was such an incredible experience and fun evening. The property owners were easily accessible for any questions and we can't wait to book our next stay. With close proximity to Beech Mountain, Banner Elk, and Boone - this location is an IDEAL spot for anyone traveling to the area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "It Was All a Dream" in Banner Elk, and it was truly a wonderful experience! This spacious home comfortably accommodated our large family, allowing everyone to have their own space. One of our favorite features was the swings underneath the deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings. The variety of games and puzzles provided kept us entertained during our downtime. The organization and cleanliness of the house were impressive, making us feel right at home. The proximity to a lovely creek added a serene touch to our stay, and we appreciated the convenience of walking to the park and other nearby amenities in Eagles Nest. The easy access to the beach mountain gate was an added bonus, offering even more opportunities for exploration. Lastly, the well-stocked living room, complete with a fantastic TV, made our evenings together even more enjoyable. Overall, our time at "It Was All a Dream" was incredible, and we highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable family getaway in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina!

Our stay at It Was All a Dream was perfect! Beautiful home and best stocked kitchen of any home we have ever stayed at. We enjoyed the front porch, back deck and firepit. Lots of room for our whole group. The kids loved the zipline, playground, archery and fishing pond at Camp Eagles Nest which was within walking distance from the home. We saw lots of deer and even a bear sighting on the road between Eagles Nest and Beech Mountain. We enjoyed mini golf, ballfield and the contactless Dollar General at the Eagles Nest Great Camp which was about a 10 minute drive from the home (use Google maps within the neighborhood, not iphone maps which takes you 25 minutes all the way around to the other entrance). Also note if coming from Beech Mountain, road will turn into a gravel road and says dead end (no markings for Eagles Nest), but the dead end actually ends up at the Eagles Nest gate. Blue Ridge Rentals was so easy to work with, answered all questions when booking and made the check-in and out process very easy!

We spent Easter weekend at It Was All a Dream in Eagle's Nest, and let me tell you—it was all a dream! The house is perfect for two families, and we had so much fun that we didn't even leave the neighborhood. The kids loved the nearby play area, which includes a zipline and is walkable from the house, and the hot tub was a big hit! We grilled out every night, had bonfires with s'mores, played games, and truly relaxed and disconnected from the real world. What stood out was how the house felt like a true home rather than a typical rental. The kitchen, in particular, was a favorite with everything you need included. Overall, our stay was a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway or better hosts!

We just stayed at “It Was All a Dream…” in Eagles Nest and the house truly was a dream! It's a brand new build, with four en suite bedrooms which was perfect for our family. The house is decorated in impeccable taste and is so well equipped with everything you possibly could need during your stay! The back deck is a great gathering place with a hot tub, a table for outdoor dining and a seating area around the fireplace. After a great day of enjoying the Eagles Nest amenities, coming back to “It Was All a Dream” felt like coming home. We can't wait to visit again!

The house is a true haven. It's spacious, beautifully designed, and meticulously maintained, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. The open floor plan provides ample room for everyone to gather and the large windows throughout the house (especially in the living room) invite the outdoors in, so you can enjoy the stunning scenery no matter where you are inside. One of the highlights of our stay was the deck – we spent hours soaking in the fresh mountain air, enjoying coffee in the morning, and watching the stars at night. It's the perfect house for anyone looking to check out of their normal hustle n bustle and enjoy a Mountain refresh. It's also less than 5 minutes from Beech mountain for any skiers and snowboarders that want a quick drive to the resort.
