Nestled into the forest by a rippling mountain creek you’ll find the beautifully updated and welcoming Havenwood! This three-story, three-bedroom home is a perfect base for all your High Country adventures.
The entire house boasts updated paint, décor, and furnishings so make yourself at home. The main level has an open and airy great room with vaulted ceilings, a woodburning fireplace, and an HDTV with streaming apps. The kitchen is updated with newer appliances and offers granite counters and all the essentials you’ll need for preparing quick snacks to delicious full course meals, and there’s room for everyone to enjoy them at the dining table for 6.
Havenwood offers a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. The main level and top level both feature a King bed with Casper mattresses and an attached bathroom. There’s also a sofa on all 3 floors. The lower level has a King bed in the den, along with a sixty-game 1980’s video arcade cocktail table, and an attached bath.
Step outside onto the deck and relax with the sounds of the babbling brook flowing down the mountain hill. Kids of all ages will have fun splashing around looking for crawdads in the creek while the adults kick back in the lounge chairs on the backyard decks.
Within a very short drive of the condo are wonderful resort amenities available to you and your family. Yonahlossee Resort features an indoor heated 25-yard lap pool, ping pong table, a newly renovated full fitness facility, a game room with ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball, and a wine and beer bar with fireplace, soft seating, sand shuffleboard, and darts. Information is inside the property for accessing these facilities.
Havenwood is very conveniently located less than 15 minutes to the wonderful shopping and dining in both Boone and Blowing Rock. It’s even within delivery distances for grocery and food delivery! Two of the best fine dining restaurants in the entire High Country are less than five minutes away: The Gamekeeper and The Table at Crestwood (reservations recommended at both.) All of the best High Country attractions are within a short and scenic drive away, including Tweetsie Railroad (20 minutes), Valle Crucis (15 minutes), the town of Banner Elk (25 minutes), Grandfather Mountain (30 minutes), Sugar Mountain (25 minutes), and Ski Beech (40 minutes).
No matter where you go or what you do in the High Country, you’re sure to enjoy coming home to Havenwood!

The house looked just like the photos. Simple, clean and nice! Check in procedure very easy with responsive team. All 3 bedrooms are very large with large bathrooms en-suite. Cozy condo with space to stretch out. Plenty of kitchenware to make a complete meal at the house. No one in properties on either side while we were there so plenty of privacy and seclusion from distractions. Great location to go to Blowing Rock, Boone, Banner Elk, and parkway. My husband, myself and two other couples rented Havenwood for a weekend get away. It was fabulous! The house is beautiful and spacious and we each had our own private sleeping quarters with our own private bathrooms. This is a very well kept and equipped home close to Boone and Blowing Rock. We spent the weekend here with two other couples visiting many nearby wineries, as well as Blowing Rock and Boone. The house is warm, inviting, and very well kept and equipped. Each couple had their own bedroom with adjoining bathroom, and the rest of the living space was very spacious.
