Harmony View

What a BEAUTIFUL home! My husband and I stayed at Harmony View for the full month of July to escape the heat of Houston, Tx. My husband is a runner, and he made use of the hot tub every day. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with really nice pots, pans and every utensil you could think of, and did I mention that view? I've been coming to vacation in the mountains of north carolina for 15 years and this house gave us the most stunning view of the sunrise I've ever seen. If you are a photography nut like I am, you won't have to go anywhere to get that perfect sunrise picture. Just walk outside and snap! The house is only about a mile from the blue ridge parkway, so it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. We traveled into Blowing Rock daily to visit Bass Lake and Cone Manor. We went to Boone and Valle Crucis quite often. The only thing that will keep us from booking this home again is the fact that we loved the area so much, we went out and bought our own place!!

We loved our time at Harmony View. It was our first time taking our kids to the mountains and this house was perfect for our trip. It was amazing seeing the mountains while sitting on the back porch and even from inside at the table and in the family room - beautiful views from many angles. We ventured to Tweetsie Railroad, Mystery Hill, and Grandfather's Mountain and this home was in a perfect location for those attractions, as well as local restaurants! A small thing that was helpful was that it was right off of Harmony Lane without a steep driveway, which was something I appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed. It was a lovely home and we would stay here again!

On a gravel secluded road with an amazing view! Great hot tub and deck for relaxing. 20 minutes from Boone NC with lots of restaurants and local activities.

Very clean. Well stocked. Description was spot on. One of the most spectacular views you could ever want in the NC Mountains. Beautiful deck. Remote and quiet but close to all the essentials. Very much enjoyed our stay. No reservation's staying again.

A wonderful location in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Not far from grocery stores, restaurants and anything else we needed. The host was very proactive on anything we needed help on. We were there for Thanksgiving with family staying in another Airbnb on cloud 9. We had a wonderful time.

We had a lovely stay in the Harmony view property. The house was really well equipped and clean. It was also very comfortable and we had plenty of space. The views were amazing too. We didn't want for anything more. Great views, comfy beds, loads of games, easy to use tv's with streaming option and lovely and private too.

The house was great! Perfect for our weekend getaway. Kitchen was stocked with enough cooking supplies for us to cook a few meals at the cabin. View was amazing! Would definitely return for another stay.

We loved our stay in Blowing Rock! This home was perfect for my husband and I, daughter and 2 pups! We were close to Blowing Rock and enjoyed this wonderful town, with restaurants, shops and hiking trails. We loved watching the sunrise on the 2 decks and grilling in the evening. Perfect getaway! We loved our stay! The view of the mountain is so beautiful. We liked the location - it is a short drive from town but still easy to get to everything. Our friends who stayed with us have two young children (age 2 and 3) and we all fit in the space very comfortably. I would definitely stay here again!

We love Boone. My parents live down the road and we had to get a place near by for my Son's wedding. Perfect location and comfy accommodations. Being close to the parkway and midway between downtown Boone and Blowing Rock make this location perfect.

We had such a great experience! The home was perfect for the four of us on a girls weekend escape. The view was perfect and just high enough up the mountain to feel like you're secluded but just close enough to town for a brewery stop. The kitchen is rather small but we made do since there were only four of us. Would stay here again!

Just a great weekend in a super comfortable and cozy place. Very clean and neat. Incredible view of Elk Knob. The upper and lower deck are really nice and added a lot to the space. Parking was easy and the friendly neighborhood dogs were fun too.

Conveniently located between Boone and Blowing Rock. The home was well equipped and very clean. The layout is great with the master on the main level and two bedrooms and bath downstairs for the kids. The decks off both floors offered incredible views. Roku TVs and fast WiFi were great for the teens after long days of hiking. A great place to stay when visiting the High Country!

Incredible view across the mountains and valley, lead to stunning sunrises on the deck. Saw several large deer grazing in the back yard, and even a fox who scampered up the hill. The house was well appointed with comfortable and functional furniture. Kitchen was well supplied and we really wanted for nothing during our stay. Great neighborhood with lots of friendly neighbors, many of whom we met. Have saved it as one of our favorites, and will definitely stay there again.

Loved this home and it was a great family getaway for us! Enjoyed the game table, board games, and beautiful views to see the sunrise. The home was very clean/comfortable and just as we saw in the pictures. Close proximity to hiking adventures and downtown area was awesome. Kids are already asking when we will go back again! My fiancé and I with our two German shepherds stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. We spent most of our time on the deck with the amazing view. There's no way you can't spend most of your time there. The house was spacious for plenty more but also was very close and intimate for just the two of us. Will recommend to anyone looking to stay in high country and will look to book here again! Thank you blue ridge for a great stay!

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals gave my family and I a great experience while visiting North Carolina. The house we rented was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Being to go on vacation but still have the amenities you find in a house made a big difference for us plus we were able to bring our fur baby with us! He loved lounging at the deck and so did we!

Clean and comfortable house with great view (get up early for sunrise!) All was as depicted; texts and emails from host were such that no additional communication was needed. Really nice to have the lower, shaded deck available when staying out of the sun is a good idea. Fast, reliable wi-fi for streaming and for work. Easy access to the Parkway and nearby towns. Perfect for two of us (but will easily accommodate a larger party.) No hesitation to book again!

The views from this house are incredible! Sunrise is amazing! This house is private but close enough to town for convenient trips to the store or dinner. There's a lot of fun activities to do in the area but it's also a great place to enjoy the deck and fire pit! We also loved the neighborhood dogs! We enjoyed getting to see them in the evenings.

We had a great experience with this rental experience. The house that we rented for a long weekend was well depicted in the photos and we were very pleased with the entire rental experience including the ease of booking, the communication leading up to our stay, the ease of getting into the house, the decor, cleanliness and condition of the property and the exit instructions provided prior to our departure. The house was bright and very clean, the kitchen had everything that we needed, the space had enough room for many to gather as well as smaller private spaces like the deck, the front porch, and the fire pit for private conversation or reading. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels we fresh and new appearing. We found it to be very easy to go to Blowing Rock to hike and dine as well as Boone. It was very quiet and peaceful. I will recommend this property to my friends.
