Welcome to the Double Eagle Lodge!!
Located in the heart of the Villages of Eagles Nest, the Double Eagle Lodge offers a unique setup perfect for large groups of adults. Previously rented as separate units, the entire lodge is now rented as a whole.
The main level includes two individual bedrooms. The primary suite has a King size bed and ensuite bath with a soaking tub and double sinks, flat screen TV, and deck access to enjoy the incredible views of Grandfather Mountain. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, deck access, and a second bath. A laundry center with a high-tech, all in one washing machine/dryer means you can throw your clothes in the wash before you head out and come back to clean, dry clothes! Enjoy the gourmet kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and dining area. There is a full, private gym for guests to enjoy on the main level. The deck offers several covered seating areas to gather or dine.
The lower level has three king suites with separate, exterior entrances. The Buck Suite includes a King size bed, flat screen TV, and mini refrigerator. The Owl Suite includes a King size bed, flat screen TV, mini-fridge, and wet bar. The Wolf Suite includes a King size bed, flat screen TV, mini-fridge, sitting area with gas log fireplace. All three suites offer outdoor seating to enjoy the incredible views of Grandfather Mountain.
Have fun without ever leaving the property with the stunning fire pit with mountain views, cornhole, and other outdoor games.

My family stayed at Double Eagle Lodge and we truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The unique design to have a large 2 bedroom apartment upstairs, with a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking space - paired with 3 fully separate apartments downstairs each with a king size bed and full bathroom was perfect and gave everyone the space and privacy they needed. The views from Double Eagle Lodge are unreal. Eating dinner on the upstairs deck was pure perfection with the perfect view. We also enjoyed the firepit area that had ample adirondack seating for our group with plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run around . It is tough to find a house that comfortably accommodates a large family or group and Double Eagle Lodge really does check all of the boxes.Thank you to the owners for a lovely stay and we can't wait to come back!- Kristen, Posted: 04/10/2024
Was in Banner Elk for a wine tasting event with friends and had an absolutely wonderful time at the Double Eagle Lodge. Let me say, it is even better in person than in its already lovely photos. It was well organized, well stocked, and in a fabulous location. The house and rooms are gorgeous and pristine. The well-appointed designer rustic mountain was so fun, warm and inviting, and was the cleanest vacation rental we've stayed in. We appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail so much. My husband and I stayed in one of the individual rooms on the ground level and it was a beautiful, private oasis. The bed was super comfy, sheets and bedding were so soft and cozy. The grand and unobstructed view of Grandfather Mountain from the house was just breathtaking with our morning coffee, and at night we enjoyed sitting around a roaring fire under the stars having drinks and sharing stories around an amazing fire pit in the back yard. The amenities in the community are just AMAZING. There is a WONDERFUL winery close by that we absolutely loved, and a sports lodge close for eats and drinks. Lots of gorgeous trees, mountain views, nature, and walking trails all around. Banner Elk is so close with a variety of fun dining and shopping options. Parking was so easy and plentiful. The ease of checking in/out was seamless, Stacy and Tim were the perfect hosts to work with, responsive, welcoming and very helpful. Thank you for opening your home to us. Did not want to leave!! We stayed at the Double Eagle Lodge in March and could not have been happier! Everything about our stay was perfect! The space and accommodations were top-notch and the views were amazing! It had every amenity we could've asked for, and the property itself is beautiful. The lower level with 3 very large guests suites and the 2 large suites on the main floor easily accommodated our large group of friends. The beds were dreamy and the sitting areas in each suite were cozy and perfect for lounging. There are so many outdoor activities and spaces to keep everyone busy and entertained.
