We had a wonderful stay at the Blueridge and love the location. Perfect for snow skiing, tubing, and visiting Boone & Blowing Rock. We grilled out, enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and loved the neighborhood.

This house is absolutely amazing, beautiful, clean, and peaceful! There are so many personal creative touches inside the home. that makes it exquisite. We (including our dog) enjoyed every minute of this property! The owners have thought of everything that a family would need, and have everything clearly labeled and accessible! The double deck and wrap around porch have the necessary amenities to enjoy sitting and relaxing while looking at the beautiful scenery, and the landscaping (including the manmade pond) is absolutely gorgeous and well-maintained! We will definitely book this property again!!

We had a wonderful time at this house in the mountains. Easy arrival with lots of advanced communication about what to expect. The house and property are exactly as described. The home was perfect for our family of six + dog with a cozy living area on the top floor, quiet basement for the kids to chill with their own rooms and space and lots of porch space to spread out. Kitchen was clean and fully stocked and we were able to prepare multiple meals during the week. The gem though is the outdoor space with koi pond, fire pit, fenced in yard, and plenty of space to run and play. This all backs up to a nice neighborhood river trail perfect for early morning or late evening walks. And the location is ideal with quick access to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain and Valle Crucis. We rent annually in the NC mountains and this was the best location we've stayed for getting around the area. Great communication leading up to and following our stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for Parent's Weekend at App State. It was only about a 10-15 min drive to campus. We loved everything about this house. It was super clean, comfortable beds, lovely master bathroom, and the backyard was GORGEOUS! Wonderful communication with the host. This will be our #1 place to book when we head back to see our daughter. We were all sad to have to leave. Our dogs also loved the fully fenced porch. We can't wait to come back.

Wonderful house in a wonderful gated community. Centrally located between Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock. House was very clean and the private back yard and ponds were an added bonus. Loved the closet space available in the bedrooms and the master bathroom was a dream with the oversized shower and jetted tub. The kitchen was also well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

5 star reviews are accurate for this high country hideaway. From soaking in the hot tub to enjoying the babbling brook and zen garden out back, the house has everything you need for a peaceful mountain retreat. The house is also close to main roads so it has good winter accessibility by car but I'd still recommend 4WD in winter.

Our mountain getaway was perfect. The location was exactly where we hoped to be, between Boone and Banner Elk. The house was very nice with plenty of room for our family. The landscape is gorgeous! It was so easy to relax to the soothing waters in our backyard. The water lotus are gorgeous and we looked forward to seeing them open each morning! This is a lovely spot near Boone. A fairly easy drive to most places with plenty in the area to do. Highway 105 seems to be more congested than the last time we stayed at the house. The yard is wonderful - especially for the dogs!

My husband and I, along with our two Labrador Retrievers, spent four days at the Cozy Twin Rivers Edge in Boone, NC. We all had a wonderful time. This was my first time reserving an Airbnb online. My experience setting this up with Blue Ridge Rentals was outstanding, very professional and efficient with correspondence regarding the reservations. The entire property was fenced in, which was great for our four legged children. Definitely a relaxing getaway, great location to be able to access hiking in the mountains and a diversity of places to eat.

Great stay
Everything was great! The house was very clean. Loved the set up having the downside bedrooms for the teenagers who played pool on the deck all the time. We loved the fenced in yard and the fire pit! It was so nice having fire wood dropped off for us ahead of time! The neighborhood and grounds of the house are beautiful! Communication with the rental company was awesome!! Would recommend and would love to stay again!

We loved this place, just as advertised. I was worried the kitchen might be small or outdated and it WAS NOT. Stocked with all the things you might need or forget. This will be a new family 'spot'. So easy to get to and convenient. Only a few minutes from sugar mountain and not up some of those crazy steep hills like other cabins. The neighborhood is gated and quiet with lovely sounds from the close by river. We felt very special to be here.

Great stay! The entire property is fenced in, and the two dogs we brought were very happy that they had space to run around and play. The patio and firepit, where we spent a lot of time in the evenings, were also very nice. We also enjoyed having a fully supplied kitchen since we cooked most of our meals. The location was perfect for us-- close to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Valle Crucis, and a lot of hiking trails. Last, communication with Blue Ridge was wonderful from beginning to end. Thank you!

Our group of 5 adult family members enjoyed a wonderful stay in this home. We had a minor issue with a leaking toilet that was repaired within several hours. The maintenance staff was friendly and professional. The kitchen had every amenity for food preparation and we cooked almost all our meals there. The hot tub was perfect for the cool evenings. The property and water feature were beautiful and relaxing. We also enjoyed playing pool at the outside pool table. October is the perfect time to enjoy this home.

Highly recommend Cozy Rivers. It was perfect for our 3 week get away. Super well equipped. We spent a lot of time in beautiful back yard and on the porches. Close to hiking, Watauga River runs through the gates development - although we were told renters cannot fly fish in the development. Grandfather Winery around the corner w great music & wine. Yard was perfect for our dogs. We could even lock them on the porch to contain even further. We will def rent here again. It felt like home!

Great cabin a few minutes from Boone. Our dogs loved the really large fenced in yard, and it keeps us from worrying about keeping track of them minute by minute. The cabin was clean and spacious, plenty of room for the six in our family. The weather was nice for the first and last day, so we had some time to sit on the great porches. Boone itself is a great town, with breweries, music and good food. All in all, a great stay!

Our family had a fabulous stay at Cozy Twin Rivers Edge. The home was well stocked with anything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. The backyard is ridiculously entertaining... the waterfall, koi pond, firepit, and the ping pong and pool table kept our family totally amused without ever having to leave the house! We will certainly hope to return for another visit in the future.

Everything was perfect. We had a little trouble at first with the code to unlock the door but a quick call to the 24 hour emergency number and we were in. Never had any problems after that.
