This property is in a great location with a beautiful stream running right besides the property. Very clean and well stocked. We have a large family and it was big enough for all. The little kids and big kids (men) especially enjoyed the downstairs. Owner was very nice and helpful thru the whole process. Overall we had a great time and will definitely rent again!

The location of the house is amazing. Ski resorts are near and not far from the town at all. Has a beautiful creek that runs next to the house.

Our family had eight guests and we had plenty of space. The creek next to the home is so peaceful! Perfectly located near Banner Elk and Boone. Smart TVs had access to everything, basement was great with pool table, darts, and board games, and the fire pit in front of the home was perfect for a marshmallow roast with the kids. Place was clean and well supplied. Great place, and highly recommend.

This place is set next to a gorgeous creek. The house is cozy and perfect for a family, with plenty of beds and bathrooms and two fun family spaces. And we were close to Sugar Mountain ski resort.

The cabin is very rustic and has a great outdoor space. The creek is right outside and makes you really feel close to nature. The house is very spacious and there are lots of great amenities such as the pool table.

Cozy, quaint cabin. Great location to Boone and Banner Elk. Great furniture that was comfortable. Rooms large enough for family game night. 8 of us fit very comfortably. Owner was quick with responses and instructions.

A terrific place! A great, cozy home with everything needed for a getaway in the Blue Ridge mountains. Terrific beds, very nice kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace. The recreation area down stairs is well appointed too. Very private location even with neighbors in sight thru the trees. The creek and waterfall are both beautiful

Great central location, near numerous hikes on Blue Ridge Parkway. The property is beautiful, with a lovely stream running through it and plentiful rhododendron. The stone house itself is charming, well renovated, and has plenty of space. The owner is helpful and communicative. We had a wonderful stay.

Great space! Wonderful deck right next to running water/waterfall making it very relaxing. Kitchen and grill allow you to cook most anything you can dream of. Close to many wonderful hiking trails

This is a perfect place to stay for a visit to the Banner Elk area. The house has a great feel to it and has so many unique and fun features in it. The location of the house is ideal as well. It sits in front of a creek that sounds beautiful and is surrounded by tall trees that provide great shade. The house is located just far enough off of the highway to where you feel like you are away from it all but are easily able to come and go as you please. The host is also welcoming and very available for communication. Would recommend to anyone.

What a perfect location and home for a mountain getaway. Close to fishing, skiing and good food. The river on property makes for a nice backdrop to drink your coffee to in the morning. You won’t be disappointed!

Great space to explore Boone and local ski mountains. Plenty of space for a group trip and a good location. Snow tires are certainly a must in winter as the location is up a steep hill - however the view is worth it!

The Chalet was a perfect place for us. The house is nestled in a hillside neighborhood with great
privacy. The house has multiple decks that provide shady, cool places to hang out. There is also
really cool stream running adjacent to the house. Inside, you`ll find comfortable beds, a pool table,
bar and a dart board. The furniture is all new and John has placed four TV`s throughout the house
with Roku boxes. Our family of four had more than enough space. This house would be great for two
large families.
