Enter the house through the garage. Electric vehicles can connect in the garage, too! This lower level features a modern stained & polished concrete floor, pool table, and seating area with leather recliners facing a large wall-mounted TV with powerful SONOS soundbar and basic cable package. There’s also a laundry room here with TWO sets of washer & dryers, along with three bedrooms: two Queen bedrooms each with their own TV and a kids bunkbed room with two log-style sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV, as well as a full bath with tub/shower.

Head upstairs to the main level of the cabin. The great room features large A-frame vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the beautiful mountain views. A couch (with x2 built in recliners), reclining love seat and swiveling recliner faces the gas log fireplace with 65” TV & SONOS soundbar mounted above it. The kitchen offers granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a 5-burner gas range, TWO dishwashers and large island with room for 3 to dine. The dining table seats 8 comfortably.  There is also a SONOS speaker in the kitchen to enjoy streaming music while you cook.

There are two more bedrooms on the main level. The master suite has a King bed, TV, and private bathroom with a standup custom tile shower. The front bedroom has a queen bedroom and connects to the jack & jill hall bathroom.  The top floor / loft has a private bedroom with a Queen bed and TV and a private ensuite bathroom. 

Step outside and drink in the cool mountain air. The mountain views here are endless! Relax in the brand new Bullfrog Spas hot tub, cook up a feast on the 36” built in gas grill and enjoy it on the outdoor dining table, and then after dark enjoy telling stories and roasting marshmallows around the built in smoke free Breeo firepit.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COMMUNITY OF MONTEAGLE IS BRAND NEW AND HAS MULTIPLE HOMES UNDER ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION. Construction noises may be heard nearby from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.

- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax per night.
