Welcome to Stone House Aerie!
This modern, new construction studio is located in downtown West Jefferson, with easy access to all of the High Country. Walk to the park, library, or the many shopping establishments in town. Inside, you'll find a cozy living space with a queen and three twins. The bathroom has a beautiful pebble floor shower with frameless glass door. The full sized laundry is next to the shower. In the living area, there is comfortable seating and a smart TV, ready for guests to log in with their favorite apps. The kitchen has everything you'll need, with a Keurig to start the day right, and gorgeous quartzite counters.
Outside, the home is on a shaded lot with a nearby home. Relax in the private hot tub or use the propane grill and large smoker to prepare favorite meals to share. The custom Stonehenge-style fire pit is the perfect place to gather on a cool, mountain evening! This outdoor space is made even better with string lights throughout.
OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% Discount - Excluding Holidays.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Firewood for the firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with one week's notice. You'll receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundled of firewood and a firestarter for $25/night.
- While the driveway and parking offer easy access, AWD/4WD is needed for all mountain homes in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- Guests returning to Stone House Aerie may receive a discount of 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days will not receive a refund.

This is the perfect home/cabin. It is far more beautiful than the photos show. It is peaceful and feels remote, yet it is also walkable to several places. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. I've stayed in West Jefferson many times, this is by far my favorite place. It can be a peaceful getaway or home base for activities. This will always be my first choice of places to stay. Thank you Blue Ridge for the wonderful place and being such great hosts! A special thank you to Amy for being so kind in a bad situation (nothing to do with the rental). Also the gentleman who came so quickly and was so nice when I locked myself out.
