We have a customer service team that is devoted to caring for each guest both before they come, during their stay, and following up with each guest survey and comments after they stay. 24 hours a day and 7 days a week during a guest stay they can reach a live person on the phone and receive a visit in person to resolve an issue, typically within 30 minutes.
